Front desk people are too young and very unprofessional . They are not helpful and not very interested in any kind of work. It is visible they did not have any kind of training for such a position. We got a room where lock was broken . They changed room without any excuse. During the change of the rooms they cut our electricity in the room and we used flashlight to pack, Very interesting! Tomorrow our rooms cards stop to work after 24 hours. So I had to go to front desk once again . They fixed that without any interest in problem and without any excuse. Very interesting people.. In addition, hotel lifts are very dangerous. They are shaking well when you move and we stuck in one of them. Hotel is ready for renovation and some serious changes.

Restaurant was great. Stuff professional and very friendly. Dada was very professional . Food is very good. Only remark is that food offer is limited and not international.

Fact that they keep my ID istead of finding a different solution let me have my ID with me as it is obligatory by law. Staff seems unhappy and reflects that feeling towards guests which also includes slower service and unwillingness to make certain changes such as returning my ID. Breakfast is pretty modest.

Loved the spacious room and general room equipment. Some of the staff deserve to be recognized for their professionalism, especially the lady who served during breakfast. Her energy and smile made a good start of the day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It's easy to access with a car. The location is generally good, although the tram was being renovated when I was there, making access to downtown a bit harder.

Service in restaurant , very slow and could have worked faster and look the guests in the eye while passing so we could order drinks… not many guests in restaurant and still 1 hour spent on almost just waiting. Kiosk closed during our stay, not possible to buy stuff …

The fitness and Spa are a bit poor. The restaurant is deceiving for a 5 stars hotel.

Breakfast was a bit unorganized. Small groups (3-4 people) were sitting at tables for bigger groups (5-7 people). We were a family of 5 and didn‘t have a table, had to move two tables together to be able to sit together.

It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

The old air-conditioning system was not cooling the room enough, No complimentary water bottles provided in this 5 stars hotel. Shower water jet need to be upgraded to rain shower nozzle.

My friend was hungry at night. The reception and restaurant kept boucing him up and down without giving proper information... so make sure you have some food cuz u wont get any help from hotel

The hotel is amazing as always. The beds are literally clouds that makes it best sleep ever. They have amazing buffet and restaurant that spins at night. The pool is also top notch. Would highly recommend.
