Some more space in the bathroom for own toiletteries and towels. Neum as a destination. In the end of september the weather is still great, but many restaurants, cafes and shops have closed down already.

Everything was both beautiful and functional. A lovely renovetated mediterrean villa. The room and balcony was spacious, bathroom a bit small. Lovely seaview, comfortable bed with nonsweaty materials. Wonderful garden to relax in and just walk out the gate for a swim. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Friendly and helpful owners.

The wifi was a little slow and there were a few sea urchins in front, but you could see them in order to avoid them.

The location of this villa was amazing! You could swim right in front of it or go to the closest beach, which was not even half a min walk.

Everything was perfect! It exceeded our expectations. Located right on the promenade, beach was just outside of our apartment without crowds. We had private beach chairs under olive tree. Staff was super nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Clean very well maintained property on the beech. They serve nice breakfast in the morning and drinks during the day. comfortable lounge chairs with nice shade umbrellas , they even provided clean beech towels. The hostess was always there to politely make sure we have everything we need.

Vicinity of jet ski rental makes it a bit noisy. Property itself has no room for any improvement. Everything is so tastefully decorated and made convenient for the clients.

Very attentive and friendly staff, clean, well equipped room with large balcony overlooking the coast. Restaurant on site with private beach chairs. Very close to the small shops and restaurants. Worth the price for a few relaxing days.

I sent my dad for a vacation to Neum, to Maslina. He was super happy. The landlord and his lovely wife took a really good care of my father. The location is perfect, they have sunbeds, perfect room and comfortable bed. Everything was extremely clean. He forgot his suitcase there when he was heading home the last day. They sent the suitcase back to my father the very next day through their friends. My dad and me are very thankful to you.

It was our mistake but we didn't notice that only cash payments are accepted and had to cash out some local currency just to pay for the accommodation (cards/payment via booking are not ccepted). Common kitchen was not that well-equiped, we missed some coffee or other simple necessities. Bathroom could use a shelf to put your shampoo/soap/etc, it kept falling over and making a mess. There's also not much to do/see in the city, very few public beaches infested with sea urchins so we had to look for a beach further away. Shops around also only accept cash payments so be prepared to take out some local currency.

Beautiful villa house on the sea shore with partial view to the sea. Spacious bedroom and clean bathroom, comfortable beds and free parking. The reception was very friendly, waited for our late check-in and even treated us with some beer! Other than that - comfortable location for a rest between other attractions.
