We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe staff in the restaurant are quite cold and non-communicative although this seems to be the way things are in most of the restuarants we visited locally - certainly not the warm smiling welcome and chatty staff you generally find in tourist destinations in Europe, the USA and Asia. To be honest, I think the fairest thing I can say is that staff here (and elsewhere in Barbados) tolerate tourists. Service is generally slow. Prices everywhere are high - food is considerably more expensive than other destinations in Europe or Asia and the food is fairly average. So, basically you pay more for less quality. For lunch a not-very-good burger and chips or a pizza costs about EUR18, main courses for dinner around EUR25
The location is excellent - right on a beautiful beach. I think the only reason to visit Barbados is for the beaches so my advice is book a place like this hotel and just stay right there. There are quite a few restaurants on the street within easy walking distance.

United KingdomThe access road which flooded and became impassable for pedestrians each time it rained, which it did heavily on more than one occasion. If you did not have a car, you were restricted.Surely the Hotels in the proximity could collaborate and get something done about this matter.?
I did get the quiet room requested, which was clean and the beach easily accessible.It provided most of the essentials, and I only needed to ask if something extra was required. The staff were all polite and helpful.

Excellent location overlooking the sea next to a quiet sandy beach where you could swim. Room has a balcony where you can eat breakfast or drink sundowners etc. Also faced south east and witnessed spectacular sunrises. Slept to the sound of crashing waves. Studio room with kitchenette with stove top, microwave and fridge freezer so possible to prepare or heat up simple meals. Also cable TV. Hotel tucked away in quiet corner 10 mins walk from The Gap.

Trinidad and TobagoLocation was great.Local places around wich was reasonable to get food. Was on honeymoon trip. Shan at front desk had a wonderful surprise for us after we returned from a tour. Did not expect that,as she was the only one we mentioned that we were recently married. Had our room specially decored in a special way. All the staff were great from the person cleaning the rooms, to the maintainence staff,front desk and even the staff at the resturant. Thank you all for a memorable experience.
