The room and the bathroom were very small, so it's probably not suitable for people who plan to bring suitcases. It was not much of a problem for me luckily.

It was clean, the location is quite central, the staff was friendly and welcoming, great for a one-night stay with a backpack. The hall and the living area seemed really cozy.

I have no problem with the stairs, my backpack wasn't that heavy, but I stayed on floor 4 and the lift only goes up to floor 3 and after 23:00 hours it stops working I think that can be a problem if you decide to go with heavy suitcases. There are no separate sockets or lights near the bed or visible in the room, only in the bathroom. So it seems to me that I paid too much to have no battery during the day, that was very uncomfortable. I stayed two nights. They give you two sheets and a pillow case. I had two sheets and I personally like to make my bed well. When I arrived late on the second night the top sheet had been stolen. I can't find another way to say it. I felt mad.

It's very central, you can walk everywhere. The decoration is great. They have a work room which I found to be the most comfortable place I've ever stayed and nice to work online and I've travelled to at least 20 countries. I can say the same about the mattress, delicious to sleep on, I can't complain in that sense. In the basement they also have extra toilets and showers. The bathroom in the room was spacious so it was comfortable to get dressed in there. The staff I met were always very friendly. I found the card entry system great and easy to use.

The location was a bit far from the train station, so it was not easy to carry our suitcases from the station up to the accomodation.

The staffs were friendly and nice. The room was also well-organized and comfortable. It was clean as well.

The bath room was really, really small where was not able to move around when I put on my cloths on.

A very stylish hostel. I think the founders were really dedicated on interior design and lightings of the hostel. I adored the common space very much. Female dorm was clean, I enjoyed the mattress, which was very comfortably soft ☺️

Poor customer care, I tried contacting them about an issue, never got an answer.

The hostel is very close to the center. The room was a little narrow but overall ok for the price we paid.

Amenities such as towel, padlock, and coffee are paid, which I didn't like. The fact they didn't have padlock even though I wanted to pay was something I did not expect, as this was my first shared dorm experience. So make sure to bring one, for your own piece of mind with your personal belongings. The 6-bed girl dormitory has a small bathroom and it gets wet/dirty pretty easily with so many people using it at once.

I stayed in this hostel in the end of March, it is more a boutique hotel in the city centre, than a hostel. Amazing experience, supreme common spaces with so many interesting items to explore and cozy decor. The rooms were quiet in my experience, doors locked normally with card, bed and linen were crisp and clean, the bed was soft, but not unbearable. Check in process was efficient and smooth.

It was very cold in the hostel. I stayed there for 3 days and only 1 day the heating was on. Due to the renovations on the street, for 1 day there was no electricity (so also no wifi and hot water).

I really liked the design, the hostel is very cozy. The staff is very friendly.

Nothing much. Maybe just upgrade the showers I had to press the button every few seconds to keep it running. But no big deal to be honest.

Your room pictutes in the booking.com are not updated. I expected to get the room as I reserved. The room is too small if we have lugguges.

I've stayed at this hostel since 2016. The location, staff and facilities have always made my stay comfortable.

The room itself was kinda small, not much space between the beds. So if you have a large suitcase it won't fit in the bedroom or inside the locker.

The location was good, close to the Grand Place, you could walk there. It was clean. Good staff.

My room had a radiator that you where unable to turn off though with open windows you were able to cool down the room. It would also be nice to have privacy curtains around the beds in the dorms.

The common areas are beautifully decorated and the hostel is located perfectly to explore the city. The dorm had a en-suite shower and toilet.
