Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GreeceThe hotel was at the most convenient place in order to have access to all transportation means, to the historical center and close to nice restaurants. It was confortable and nice decorated. Also it was practical to have seperate wc from the rest of the toilet. It includes a small kitchen that allows the traveler to prepare some snacks and even meals! Strongly suggested!!!

United Arab EmiratesLighting needs to be improved inside the rooms, especially the ones overlooking the inside of the mall. The view inside the mall isn't nice, but we decided to take it because the other ones are overlooking a construction which is very noisy.
Nice aparthotel, we felt very comfortable, the studio is spacious, clean, modern, has own kitchenette, which is very convenient to prepare breakfast, or afternoon snack, use dishwasher. The 1st room we got was overlooking the construction which is a bit noisy, and the 2nd was overlooking the mall inside which is not noisy but lacks day light. The lighting inside the room needs to be improved. Location is excellent in the center, next to a metro station. Totally recommend it and would stay again.

Well taken care and clean apartment with a kitchenette that comes with necessary utensils to make full meal. Love the comfortable bed and spacious working table. Superb location! It is just beside De Brouckere Metro Station (1 stop away from Brussels Central Station), and just 5min walk to main attraction attractions. Safe and lively area with multiple food selections and a supermarket that opens till 10pm opposite the hotel entrance. Those whom are driving, affordable car park is just 10min walk from hotel. Staffs Sam, Genevia and Luccenie are awesome! They remembered my request of a quiet room and was always around to provide help and information. The recommended pizza place Nona is must try too.

JapanOur room was in a little side corner of the hotel, and you had to go through one door, into a small room, to get to it. That was fine, but the light was constantly turned off in that small room, and there was no noticeable light switch to turn it on. That made it a challenge to fumble for keys in the dark when the door to the hall closed. Also, the shower/tub was quite slippery, and we both almost fell. Some sort of anti-slip addition to the shower would be greatly appreciated (we ended up sacrificing one of our towels to use as a makeshift bath mat instead).
We really loved our stay here! The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and it was very quiet in our corner of the hotel. Cleaning staff does not come every day (if I remember right, I believe the front staff said it is once per week), but we're pretty tidy travelers, so we were fine with that. The room was incredibly spacious for two people, with lots of storage, and we loved the fully working kitchenette. But most of all, we really loved the beds. They were so comfortable, we almost wished we could take one home.

AustriaThe room which are facing the shopping gallery are not ideal as there is no Day light in those rooms. That they don't do housekeeping everyday so dont change towels. The rooms are big as they are studios but don't have walking shower for disabled people with wheelchair or mobility issue.
The location is perfect and the breakfast is self made so no food waste. Has a big variety of different pastries and you can do your own waffle 🧇. You have free Tea at reception all day long. The staff are very nice and try to help you where they can. The rooms are spacious and are equipped with all kitchen equipment. I enjoyed my stay very much.

IrelandThe fridge is spacious but didn't have a freezer section. There wasn't a washing machine which would have been great to have as the laundry service was expensive. The bed and side of the bath were unusually high. The room was almost too warm at times. I kept the balcony door open for air, however the streets below were busy and noisy so this was more of an issue with the door open. In general it was noisy due to the busy city centre location and proximity to a construction site during my stay. It was a bit expensive but that's probably mostly due to the location which was very good. Although it felt safe, the street below did not feel very safe at times.
Kitchenette facilities and overall room facilities were very good. The kitchenette was small but mostly well equipped. The dishwasher was useful. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had good pressure. There was a small narrow balcony and door opening out onto it rather than just a window. The room was warm. The décor was modern and attractive. The lighting was good. The apartment was spacious. The location was great. It felt safe despite the busy street being extremely busy and noisy. I liked it and would recommend it. There were two fitness rooms with very basic equipment but they were good to have and spacious too.

United StatesEverything was good
Excellent location. The hotel is in the center of Brussels. You have restaurants, shops, supermarkets and attractions within walking distance. In addition, the hotel has a small store where you can buy water, juices, soft drinks, beers, coffee, etc. which is very convenient. The room we rented is a studio for two people which had a small kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker (Nespresso) and utensils. The room was clean and the bathroom is divided into an area for the shower and another for the toilet (They are two completely separate areas). It has a 24-hour front desk and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have breakfast service (additional cost) but we didn't use it so I have no opinion on that. They have an area to leave your suitcases while you wait to go to your next destination. The hotel is not luxurious but it is an excellent alternative for those looking to be in the center of Brussels. We would definitely stay again.

United KingdomThe one & only reason what disappointed us is the cleaning staff. Bathroom sink top wasn't cleaned properly when we first checked in. And the same mistakes again during the cleaning service that we had middle of our stay, room floor wasn't vacuumed properly, furniture left all over the places and some new pillow cases smelled funny. After informing the reception, they immediately send us new pillows & covers though
Excellent location. Staff at the reception were exceptional. They were very friendly and accommodating to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend for anyone who preferred a well equipped apartment middle of the Brussels centre!

MaltaThe breakfast was overpriced. Laundry option was useful but the machine only accepted cash which was inconvenient. The fitness room was comfortable yet the equipment (eg. treadmill) was not in a good condition to be used. Also, change of towels and cleaning of room was once a week, since i stayed for around 2 weeks. For a quick stay, this would be unavailable. Also, my room/window view was next to a construction building which was inconvenient at times due to noise and people were working all day so it felt uncomfortable to open the curtains at times.
I liked the fact that the accommodation was central and i could easily go down and grab a bite, go to the supermarket opposite the hotel or even go for a quick walk within a couple of seconds. The kitchenette was also great, incl all essential items. Staff was very friendly, available and assisted with anything that was needed. Bathroom and shower were great too.

Czech RepublicIt appeared that half of the hotel had rooms bordering/facing a gallery/passage with some small shops. It was very quite (and everything closed at night) but there wasn't any fresh air - that might be bothersome for some people. Also, 2 'gyms' but not really in great working shape. They were always empty and the elliptical worked fine but I noticed the treadmill appeared to be broken.
Fully functional apartment and easily large enough for an extended stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and numerous restaurants within 5 min walk and several grocery stores within 5-10 min walk.

HungaryThe location of the Aparthotel is perfect for a general sightseeing tour in Brussels. The De Brouckère metro station is located just under the hotel. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are nearby / walking distance. It is close to the main attractions (walking distance - 10 mins). The main train station (Brussels Central) is also 10mins walking / or you can take the metro (1 stop away). The room was OK: We liked the aparthotel concept where we had access to a small kitchen in the room. We could prepare some snacks, etc. There was enought room for two people, including places to put the clothes, etc. The hotel does not provide daily cleaning service which was clearly communicated in advance. For this price it is appectable.
