I loved everything about this B&B (not necessarily in this order): the optimal location, the beautiful and original decor, all the amenities I could wish for, the tasty breakfast, and the friendly and attentive host. It was truly a home away from home.

Everything was perfect! The room had all we needed, the breakfast was wonderful with fresh croissants and rolls every morning. Location was close to the centre and everywhere we wanted to visit we could catch a tram or bus to get there

Everything is neat and tidy. The pantry is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is new and very clean. The room is beautifully decorated. The owner is very nice and helpful. He showed me all the main attractions nearby and explained clearly. The Location is perfect. It’s quiet yet it’s very convenient and all major attractions are at walking distance(less than 15 mins on walk). I would definitely stay here again next time I go to Gent.

Everything was excellent! I cannot think of anything that we didn't like. We were both extremely happy with our stay.

This is a perfect location to explore Ghent on foot and is located in a great neighborhood. There is an express market, delicious bakery, unique shops, and pharmacy all within a couple of blocks. Gravensteen is only about 4 blocks away. Andre is a fantastic host. He provided a wealth of information and recommendations. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable and the amenities were exceptional. I unfortunately forgot to update him on my arrival time, but Andre was very forgiving and gracious. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

The room was very well equipped with everything we need. Bedroom and bathroom were very big. Bed was really comfortable. Heating system was working very well as Turkish people we are not used to sleeping in a cold room, so it was important for us becuase in some hotels heating is not working properly. Fridge were full with stuff to prepare a proper breakfast and each day owner delievered delicious croissant and buns for breakfast. Last but not least, the cleaning was fabulous. You are not allowed to go upstairs with shoes which was awkward at first but it is a reason of very clean room. Anyway, long story short, we are very pleased to stay here and strongly recommend it. Thank you for good hospitality and recommendations as well.

A small detail but having some hangers for the wet bath towels to allow them to dry.

The location is ideal nearby the city centre, although in a quiet street. The facility (apartment) is well equipped and spacious enough for some days stay. The owner is very helpful and pleasant giving perfect explanations on how to use devices and the apartment in general. A small but well equipped kitchen. All you need with a coffee machine and coffee & tea supplies. Microwave, toaster, etc... I would definitely return if given the opportunity but it seems often booked and requires a minimum of 2 nights stay.

My daughter and I had a great time at B&B Allegra Nova. The place is perfectly prepared to receive guests, and André and his wife are extremely attentive and available all the time. Everything is very clean, spacious, and well-decorated, and the location is excellent. We fully recommend this place and are very grateful for the hosts' attention.

The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. They held our bags when we arrived too early for check-in. The apartment has everything you need to cook on site. It is convenient to the tram stop and right in the middle of the best part of town.

The only improvement I can suggest is that the bath towels could be larger as they were quite small.

The breakfast was fantastic with fresh produce every day. The location was brilliant with great access to the city of Ghent and the tram stop was just around the corner.
