"Don't distrub" signs to put on the door are definitely needed. Any activity in the corridors (like door slamming) could be heard, but this is a YMMV thing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet suburban neighbourhood, a bit far from the centre, but the public transport is very convenient, even on weekends. The room and the breakfast were nice.

Great out of city location with easy access to the centre close by, via tram, e-scooter and the Metro. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast and great value for money. Lovely to have access to the outside seated area at the back and front of the hotel, door straight out of our room.

In the homepage of Booking.com, the cost of breakfast was not described. It would be fine since the breakfast was not so expensive for us, but I thought I could have been satisfied if the information was shown more clearly.

The inn needs a bit of love and investment. Our TV didn’t work at first, although it got fixed by the end of the day by our helpful receptionist/manager. The shower also leaked and the water rather luke warm. On our final day the water was cold. The breakfast is rather minimal..we just had croissants and bread with ham and cheese, with an orange. The only hot option was a boiled egg, but that was nicely cooked.The coffee was very weak.

Beautiful location on the edge of the forest, a traditional hunters lodge. Close to pretty Boitsfort village with lots of nice shops, cafes and restaurants. And gorgeous farmers market on Sunday morning. Just 15 minutes walk to Hermann Debroux metro through the parks. Our attic room was spacious and light, with a seating area and good size desk, lighting and nice and warm (important as it was December!) The staff were very helpful and friendly and tried to sort out all the problems that arose. They let us leave our suitcases all day until our evening flight and gave us an access card to the hotel all day.

The hotel looks old style, declining one. It would need a good renovation. One of the mattresses may feel a little uncomfortable depending on your weight.

The hotel is located in a very quiet wooded area in the southern suburbs of brussels. Great for resting. The breakfast does not offer a lot of choice, on the other hand good quality products: very good pastries, croissants, fresh eggs prepared in front of you.

For a continental breakfast it was excellent as it was included in the room price ,so I wasn't expecting to much. Lovely woodland location,not far from the city center. It was a pity we didn't get chance to explore a bit more as we were only there for 1 night, and the purpose of our visit was to help my daughter move. I would love to go back again and spend more time there.

The furniture and design in the room was rather outdated. The kids beds were not very comfy and the lights need some fixing.

The staff was very friendly! The best service I had in years. The family room was very spacious and the hotel was nicely located. And what was important: the rooms were very clean!

The breakfast was rather below average (small quantities in bread and croissants, only boiled eggs). Some equipment was in poor condition (TV was playing only RAI, sockets out of the wall, window frame in the bathroom).

The room and facilities may benefit from a little refreshing up, especially for the price. It was clean and comfortable but a bit dated in terms of the interior and just small details around the hotel (chipped paint here and there). Nothing overly major, however.

The location is wonderful, very comfortable to also have the nice restaurant downstairs. The area is very quiet (which is what we were looking for). Breakfast was as expected, standard continental breakfast with pastries, some cold cuts, eggs, cereal.
