We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location. Staff were friendly and willing to answer and assist with any query. The restaurant served a wonderful dinner. While not in the city centre it was still possible to walk into the town although if you drove carparking was easy to find. We were able to secure 2 nights of free carparking on the side of the road. Carparking is however half price anyway.

it is a nice hotel with a beautiful location. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant can be very nice for lunch or dinner (beautiful river view).

Small gym but not at all busy, and the wellness centre looked good, but didnt try. Parking was eay on the main road, no need to pay for the Casino parking.

TurkeyWhen we arrived one towel was dirty , we explained at the reception but no action , so we tried to call the reception from our room but the phone was disconnected , the cable was broken ! Thank the manager at the reception everything was done in just 10 min .. the bathroom was not so clean . Shampoo and conditioner was empty .

Fabulous hotel (and fairly newly built as far as I can tell) right on the river and below the Citadel, Namur. Really pleasant environment. Casino next door too if that floats your boat ;-) I would highly recommend and I will definitely book again if I'm in town.

LuxembourgI did not really have time to check out exactly where the hotel was etc - it is on kind of a main street (constant cars passing, even at night) right in/above a casino. I had a free upgrade to room 139 with view on the water (but then also the street which I did not know...) and heard the announcement etc of the casino in the room with everything closed...). So it was not really quiet even at 11 pm :( In the bathroom I would have appreciated some toiletries - especially as the vending machine they provide on the second floor was nearly empty :( The TV had no "normal" channels, just Bloomberg, CNN etc. The "do not disturb sign" to put on the door was missing.
Big room and large comfy bed, separate toilet. Big shower - but slippery...Free water to drink.

United KingdomFood in restaurant lacked flair. Staff hanging around and smoking outside the front entrance is a rare sight in a good hotel. They have a lot as it is a casino complex. It is not in the centre but accessible on a decent day (we had 33 degrees and it seemed had too far to walk really. )
Lovely staff and the terrace restaurant is nice. Corner room was well equipped and modern with great views. Very quiet tested by large wedding party on the other side of the river! Parking is not too expensive and has large spaces. Stairs to lower level only. Breakfast was great on the terrace overlooking the river (ignore the road below!)

The staff were polite and kind. The hotel was really clean and with high maintenance. The fitness and wellness center were highly organized, comfort, and with a great peaceful vibe. The breakfast was reachfull and delightful. Highly recommend this hotel.
