There's no one to help find the location. There's very little cutlery to cook. Simple things like spoons and forks are not there. The heater didn't work. Fortunately, it was not very cold outside during our stay.

Although check-in is already late (at least for me), officially at 04:00pm, I arrived at the apartment at 06:00pm with some instructions about the codes I had to enter to access the building and then the apartment. Well the codes did not work, first doubting if I was doing the way of introduction in the correct way or not, until finally I had to call and after 10-15 minutes talking I could get some new codes that finally worked. Regarding troubleshooting issues I encountered: some were solved, such as there was no light in the corridor between the elevator and the apartment door, which made it difficult to see to enter the access code manually. Other problems were never solved, such as the TV was broken. I reported this circumstance and the only thing I was told was that they were going to communicate it to the department in charge. Finally after 5 days of stay nobody solved the problem so I could not use the TV throughout my stay. Aspects that I would improve: - the pillows are extremely small and uncomfortable. - the toilet is separate from the bathroom (possibly due to the construction of the apartment itself).

The entire apartment was filthy. The bathrooms and sink were clogged. Wifi dint work at all. We tried to contact the host. They said it should be resolved in a couple of hours. After 2 days calling we gave up our efforts.

The location is easy accessible by bus and metro. Doorcode worked ok.

It was not easy to figure out the heating, because all radiators were switched so low that the appartment was freezing when I arrived. I solved it by phoning the available guest support number. The other item was the lift; it didn't go down. I was situated on the 5th floor (501), and when I wanted to go down, all the lights went out, and I was stuck in the lift, without anyone hearing or helping me. In the end I figured out how to get out, and used the stairs to go down.

The location suited me very well. The meeting I had to attend was in the building, through the parc, almost opposite the appartment.

Poor quality windows, you could even on 3rd level hear the street noise. For such size apartment only a small textile open cupboard in bedroom. The apartment was relatively newly renovated, but had already some wall plaster issues in bathroom.

Very spacious apartment, large living area, separate bedroom. Excellent location in European quarter, few houses from Berlaymont, Lex etc. in a side street. Comfortable large bed.

There was a phishing email for getting again credit card information sent immediately after the booking and then a warning message about phishing emails after couple of hours. It felt also very uncomfortable to give once more the credit card information for the deposit of 150 euros.

Location is great in the middle of EC office buildings. Price is very competitive compared to the nearby hotels.

That the bath were two rooms separated, that it wasn t any reception, if ypu had a problem, you couldn t talk to anyone and even at phone nobody answered me. I did not like that the check in is at 16:00 pm, it is a little bit too late and the fact that I was in the same time obliged to leave at 11 am next day. I did not like that it is full dark in the hall of the building, it was very creepy and it smells very bad of mold. Also i was not able to prepare myself coffee and the fact that i had to throw the trash but in the front of the building there are only recycling genes.

WiFi was not working throughout my stay and no solution was found; I reported that the sink in the toilet was not functional and that there was no hot water in the shower. This had already been reported by other guests, but still I was asked by the property to make videos/take pictures of the defects. It seemed that the facility had not been expected by the owners for quite some time. There was zero personal contact with the property owners, no one was picking up the phone when I tried to reach them. Except for a few texts, almost all communication is automated (e.g. please visit the guest app).

The flat is in a great location. It is spacious and was very clean.

The dishes were dirty. The apartment was not the one in the pictures. The elevator broke once. The code was long and a bit annoying to tape every time. I would have liked the toilet to be together with the shower, not separate. There was no closet in the apartment! My clothes were stored in some textile shelves.

Location is great. Just steps away from the European Institutions. The flat was big.

I had issues with the entrance code, however sorted out after some waiting time. Mohamed was extremele proffessional and sorted ot out quickly, while other colaborators struggled. I still had to wait till close to midnight, but it was sorted out. There was no hot water running, it did not disturb me that much as I like cold showers. For most of the guests would most likely be a deal breaker, no issue dor me.

Not properly cleaned and quite deteriorated (scratches on the walls, lime stains on the floor, metal sheet table with an old paint layer that was starting to fall apart leaving rust holes…). Watch out if you are given top floor apartments, the lift will not always want to go all the way up (sometimes you press the button and works, sometimes you see the light on the button go out and nothing happens). In spite of their young age, they look much older than they are. They are quite poorly maintained and they don’t seem to care about it.

The freezer of the refrigerator was full of ice, the door could not be closed completely. No one fixed it during the stay. The floors are dirty, one soap dish is broken.
