There was some noise during the night but I did have the windows open - didn't really disturb my sleep.

Check in process was very easy - it was simple to get my bike to the room as there was a lift. Great location, very close to the beach promenade. The dinner and breakfast were good. The room was a good size for a solo traveller and enough space for my bike.

We didn't like that the Bed sheets were full of someones hair - it could be a bit cleaner. Hopefully this is lone case. Also, beds are not as comfortable as expected - the mattresses are not supportive enough and pillows are oversized. Small fridge is barely functioning - don't expect to cold your drinks in a timely manner.

Firstly, the hotel is on great location (~100m to the nearest beach). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of varieties. Regarding the room, the bathroom is big and modern. The two (additional) beds were folded, so more space in the room. Great commodity is a bike rack within the parking lot.

We had a room with a ventilator outside which meant there was a humming sound from early in the morning.

Pretty central but parking was 18 euros on top of room rate.

The room was big, beds were sort of ok, but they are twin beds, so to have a double they were set together and they tend to move apart. The worst thing is the noise outside as this is a seaside town and people make noise till early morning but also the tram operates till very late in the evening and starts again early morning. You would like to keep a window open as it was hot in the room but again the open window brings more noise inside. The room had a nice bathroom and shower, the room was also "modern", must have been renovated at some point, unlike the corridors of the hotel that are tatty and worn.

The breakfast buffet was good offering a lot of variations and there was enough food even for those arriving close to the closing time of the breakfast.

There is no garaged parking for motorbikes (as stated). Our room had a large amount of hair in the bathroom, and the floor was speckled with sand and grit. We had to wipe our feet before getting into bed. The curtains were not pulled shut before our arrival, so the room was stifling hot, and we were unable to leave the window open as it opened onto a roof terrace with easy access to the room. It was a very noisy bedroom. There was a disco with loud music opposite, and the room above was easily audible. We were also unable to access the hotel later during the evening as our key fobs had not been coded correctly. Personally, we wouldn't stay here again.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Great location to the beach front.

The hotel is well located in the middle of De Panne. The beach promenade is in within walking distance. My room was very clean and it had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was balanced and delicious. The hotel stuff was very friendly and the checkin was fast and uncomplicated. In a nutshell, everything was fine :-)

It was noisy until 1.15 am. The receptionist said that was quite normal and to be expected, so the hotel might be an OK choice for party people, but not for those who want a full night’s sleep. The room was extremely small with no space to put your suitcase, but it was modern and clean.
