It didn't find the location very clean and the room was very thin-walled. When we arrived at the hotel, we could not enter to leave our bags at the reception. When I called several time at the indicated number, there was no response.

The location was perfect.

The lift doors were faulty and created a dangerous situation for people using them. The system of the doors need rectification before a serious accident occurs, particularly in the event of a fire.

As our bus arrived late that night, nobody was at the reception and they mentioned to call a number when we arrived at 21:40. Nobody picked up and we had no access to the lobby or our room. We waited for some 10 minutes and another guest walked in, opening the door for us. That way we could do a check-in with the virtual screen on the lobby (which was a plus! and really fast and intuitive). When we got to the room the lady called us asking if we needed anything, but we were already in. Other than that the room met our expectations, just the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, the bathroom curtains need to be changed, as the size is not adequate for protecting the whole bathroom from the water splash. After every shower the bathroom was soaked.

The location was great, close to the city center, just a 5 minute walk and we were in the main city downtown. The room was cozy for the price, bed and air flow in the room was nice. The corridors were of easy access and no noise at night.

The hotel is very noisy and you could hear all the people on the corridor and in the next room. The elevator door must be closed by hand, which a lot of people forget, resulting in the elevator being stuck on the 4th floor.

They had tea bags but no kettle. We booked a double bed room but it was two single beds pushed together. The fan was making noise even when stopped. We arrived earlier than 15:00 so no staff was there to open the open. It took us a few tries to call the number that was available to finally be able to enter the hotel and leave our bags there.

Good location, near the centre. Comfortable. Spacious. Had smart tv and a coffee machine. Nice view.

You check in on a machine and do your own key cards. Ours didn’t work so we had to go back down and call someone and they had to come a fix it. Not a massive issue though, the person arrived quickly and was super friendly.

Great little coffee machine, most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Great shower pressure. Clean, well appointed, good location.

Check in was a little complicated - for me. It was via a small apparatus. There was no one on duty because of staff illness. They will keep luggage for early arrivals - if someone is available. Maybe it was just that day.

Location! Helpful, knowledgeable staff!! They gave me information about a tech issue and sent me to the right place for advice and purchase. Basic, small but comfortable room. My choice for price. Elevator. I was here in March and it was a good price.

They do not clean the rooms, they do not inform about it. Would be better that the customer receives clear information before booking. They do have a minimum of staff, therefore if something goes wrong for example at breakfast, nobody can provide any assistance.
