The door/window were not replaced in the renovation and made the room a bit noisy to the outside. Also the gap under the door is not very efficient for heating the room. The shower could use a door or curtain and the curtains in front of the entry door should really reach the floor so the light does not indirectly fill the room in the morning. Furniture is fine, but a little cheap. All in all some minor nuisances.

We stayed there for an event at the pool and I was sceptical at first. It was one of the few places we could stay that was walking distance to the event and we had stayed in condo gardens before. We had no toilet paper, a broken heater and broken shower head, so we were off to a bad start, but the concierge was actually a very friendly lady who fixed everything for us within half an hour from notifying. The room is clean and less noisy compared to a standard hotel and it was newly renovated. It was even a bit nicer than the one showed in the photos when booking. The kitchenette was decently equipped and functional. The beds were comfortable and clean. A late check-out is pretty cheap, so we used it. Make no mistake, you get what you pay for (toiletries are not mentioned in the amenities, so make sure to bring them), but overall, we were pleasantly surprised.

Kitchen is here, but dirty and hot plate malfunctioning. Heater is too small for the room, and was making flashlights (I guess quite dangerous with the curtain up). The key and lock of the door was really hard to manipulate and every time I was scared to break it inside (because the locker was not in good condition). Not enough light in the room, and the light of the bathroom making a lot of noise (giving headache).

Good localisation, close to train station (10-20min walking). Room is quite big. Bed is comfortable.

It was dirty, and it was obvious, that the cleaning staff did not do even the minimum. Strong smell of mold was the first that I felt when I entered the room. And a feeling that the flat has been a smoker's apartment for a very long period of time. The curtains and bed - everything had this smell. And even after keeping the window open for the entire night the smell did not disappear.

The location is very good. A quiet neiborhood to the city centre. Nice gastro-bar Kaminsky nearby.

The whole set up is a little weird. You can’t check in until 4pm even though I checked in online beforehand I couldn’t pick the key up from the keysafe before 4pm, unless I paid extra. Then they want you checked out by 10am the next day, it feels a bit stingey. Also, we couldn’t figure out what the place actually is, it felt like lots of the rooms were being used by Longterm tenants who smoke in the common areas and noisily got up for work early in the morning.

Good sized suite and fairly clean overall, aside from a few cobwebs. Easy to park on the street outside and bicycle storage on the property grounds.

For the cheaper price, really good option. Fully equipped room with kitchen, TV and work space. Very good communication with the company and clear instructions and rules for everything. 10 minutes walk to the centre.

I didn't like that some people were having phone calls and speaking loud after 22h (even if there is a sing and rules explicitly asking not to do so). Also the shower was a bit clogged, but mainly is because of the design of the cheap plastic shower construction around it... it would usually flood part of the bathroom.

For the money we pay it is a budget studio, so no high expectations on the facilities. However I could cook on my own and have a private bathroom, and the place was very clean and neat. The reception was open from 16h-18h daily so it is always good to plan to arrive between those times to have someone to talk to. Staff is very helpful and the cleaning service 1x week was also very nice!

(1)cats are fed just outside our apartment (nr. 39) but the empty boxes are just left between the green. It was really dirty. (2) we did not succeed in seeing the Belgian or Dutch television, we had more than 50 German and Austrian posts we are not interested in. There was no guide for TV and no one was available to help us. (3) There is nothing in the bathroom to hang wet bath towels (the large ones). It seems that the hooks or the rack have been removed (holes in the wall). (4) The threatening message that we were watched on our energy use and that we had to pay if we use too much (what is the criterion?) contrasted sharply with the fact that the heating did not function. (5) There was no locking cap in the bath tub and the one in the sink of the kitchen was destroyed and could not be used. If the owner does not want that the customers take a bath, they could install a shower instead of a bath tub. This would give a better impression than to treat the customers in such a childish way. (6) On arrival (between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.) we were told in an unfriendly way that we were not supposed to open the safe (to find our key), although this was what we were instructed to do by the e-mail instruction sent to us. (7) we like to read in bed, but there was only one single bedside lamp. In general the apartment is rather dark (one window looking upon a bush) and the lamps are too weak.

there were no shampoo or any kind of cream , and toothpaste in the bath. there were absolutely nothing in the house just a 2 sugars and 3 creamer and 3 tea bags 😶🫣 I believe with a couple of euros you can at least put some stuff in the flat . the cleaning in my opinion could be better the check in process was very smooth though the parking was not very easy to reach . the flat smelled a bit in general we tried to keep the windows open for an hour to make it better but in general was good for one night stay

The reception was open on weird times, and even when it was supposed to be open, no-one was there. This was rather annoying. Next to that, the room was not very clean.

Location was great. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom provided all what was needed.

The accessibility to key and host. No one is available at the reception most of the time. No room service was made.

The environment and location. The beds were comfy and the room temperature was perfect for winter. The best was the silence at the place. The kitchen was also inside the room as well as a small living room space for guests.

There was heaps of bugs in the apartment and a whole nest uo above where the lighting in the bedroom was above the beds. We showed a video/picture to the women at the front who just gave us some big spray to try and fix it. Not a lot around the location of the apartments.

It was good to have some living space and kitchen facilities as we were here for 5 days.

The small problems like the bath cabin that isn't hermetical for water and has a cold/hot regulator that stole 15% of space of small bath cabin, the doors of kitchen furniture that can be opened on the wrong (non-comfort) side, the TV - tuner that hanging on cables, etc. These are zero-cost problems but not so clear why they can't be fixed

There is a room like a studio with a full kitchen and toilet/bathroom and other facilities. The rooms are after a full renovation. Not so far is a good place for walking
