We used the hotel as a stop over so the price for the time we spent was expensive. In addition, the high cost of the hotel did not include breakfast.

Location, parking, new room with very comfortable bed. They also had a common family room with a nice selection of to buy drinks and snacks.

There was no water and tissue box provided in the room. Noise from other rooms and corridors. Self check in - it’s nice and convenient but inconvenient at the same time when we had questions to ask..

Perfect location! All ladies working there were friendly, helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast.

Nothing - all good apart from our experience with one of the restaurants - nothing to do with the hotel. We went to the Limoni e Tartufi Italian restaurant and after seeing the wine list (cheapest bottle was €35...) I would normally have walked out, but the wife wanted to eat there. Food was OK but when we came to pay the bill the waiter insisted that, because it was a UK credit card, we had to pay in GPB, with their own banks mark up. I tried to explain that we had been travelling around France, Germany & Belgium for the previous 2 weeks paying in Euros with this credit card, but he wouldn't have it, even though his credit card machine said to choose the currency to pay in. This seemed like a real rip-off. Eventually I gave up and paid in cash and he lost his tip. As I say, this was nothing to do with the hotel, but more of a warning to other UK tourists...

Lovely room in an old building which I think used to be the old Town Hall (Hotel de Ville). Slightly disconcerting in that reception was only manned in the morning, but there is an honesty bar where you write down what you have had and pay on check-out. 5 minute walk into the town where there are several restaurants/bars, but a distinct lack of convenience stores, where you could buy a bottle of wine, etc.

- The WiFi wasn't working in our room - We couldn't use the electric charger with any of the apps we normally use. Maybe it is possible with a card, but we don't have one. - It would be nice if the self-service bar had a selection of snacks too

It would be nice to have margarine or non-dairy butter, but breakfast was still good.

We liked everything about this place. There is a nice garden out back where we could relax and a small playground for the children. Very nice seating area inside with self serve bar and coffee machine. The location is excellent. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good.

Not really a didn't like, more of a liked least, was the things related to it being an historical building. The stairs creaked a little, climate control isn't magical, etc. These all add to the experience of the town, it's awesome.

The hotel is located in a great place, with easy access to Durbuy and on-site car park facilities. The staff were very friendly and provided a great breakfast which was well worth the extra. Rooms are comfortable.

Would just like to thank the host for all their hospitality during my stay. I was on my own and there were no other guests and the lady went above and beyond. She put on the best breakfast and found me a charger as I had forgotten my adapter. So helpful and friendly. It meant a lot to have a nice warm welcome in the terrible weather. Would definitely like to come back.
