Proximity to attractions and right next to train station is a big plus

The blackout curtains were damaged and the quality of the toilet paper was poor. In my opinion, simple modifications or just attention to details could improve a lot the overall experience in the hotel.

The hotel was as expected. Everything was clean, tidy and looked as the pictures.

Small spaces in bedroom. No kettle/mugs for a good old cuppa. Could get hot water from a machine in lobby but in small paper cup less than 100 MLS and cost €1.50. Lots of young men hanging about the walkways and stairs around the hotel. Strong smells of cannabis so returning late at night makes you uneasy

Close to good value parking at the station and a pleasant walk to centre. Weather was hot and sunny so walk through beautiful park needed after throngs of people in centre. Bed comfy and good shower

If you are used with ibis, you know that bathrooms are strange(in a glass cabin in the room itself, the toilet is separated) so I don’t recommend if you are not in a couple and is ok if you book only for one person.

The hotel has a great location - when you walk out of the train station, you are 5 mins waking distance. It was not noisy, the room was clean and is the same as on the pictures.

The sink in both rooms we had was clogged and the water didn’t seem to go down when was in use. We reported it, someone from reception helped us out straight away, but the unblocking agent didn’t seem to improve things.

We have been charged a full breakfast for a 3 yo (who barely got a glass of milk). A fridge in the room may have been useful.

Rooms very small, but comfy and good enough for short stay/city break. the big minus for me was broken elevator in the way from parking below building to the hotel (it's located on second level). We have been on motorcycle- taking our big and heavy luggage boxes from parking on ground level to the hotel on second level without elevator was difficult in warm weather.

Nice staff, perfect location-very close to the city centre. Good value for money.

Rooms were very small, but fine for just sleeping - get out and explore Bruges!

Great location, literally outside the train station and an easy and enjoyable 20min walk into the historic city centre. Rooms were very clean, wifi was great and shower had excellent water pressure and temperature.

This room was absolutely tiny. if one of us was getting dressed the other person had to stay in bed.

Breakfast only includes breads, cheese, butter, fruits and drinks. It would have been great to add eggs and some vegetables to the breakfast.

It is right next to train station and 20 min walk to the city center. So it is quite convenient. Our room was a bit small but we were there just to sleep so it was no problem for us. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

The hotel is very tired and not very clean. The surrounding area outside was also not clean with litter and disused food everywhere. Alot of groups of people drinking on the steps towards the hotel was not good to see constantly. I would not stay again in this hotel.

Location for the city of Brugge is good if you like a leisurely walk

Having a double bed with a bunk over it caused be to bump my head a couple of times. I think if I stay agailn I will request a room with twin beds.

The room was good for one person, the location near the station was excellent for days out to Knokke, Ghent and Leuven. I chose to have breakfast in the center of town. The staff could not have been more helpful when the need arose.

The room is not very clean. The sink has obvious stains…Check in process takes long. In stead of copying your id, you have to write down everything. We waited for 20 mins to wait for just checking in.

There was a discarded sweet wrapper on the floor which made us question the cleanliness. Towels were a little old and a bit small.
