No natural light, is at the basement. For me it was ok since I stayed only 1 night but for longer staying it could be an inconvenient.

The basement room was not that comfortable, and I believe considering the price and the distance from the centre was a bit expensive. In addition we requested to stay a few hours after the check out time..they were very accepting of doing that, but with a price which was a bit expensive too. A bit expensive for a basement room but overall satisfied especially with the service of the guy in the entrance, he was very friendly!

I really like the neighborhood, next to a lovely park! There were many nice coffee shops, restaurants and bars around. The city centre is around 30min walking, but there are buses and underground you can take. The staff was super friendly and nice and eager to help with any of our enquires!!

We had some issues with Silberfischchen in the bathroom, but this can be expected in a basement apartment. It wasn’t possible to fully open the back windows to get fresh air in (only a few centimeters), but not sure this could be changed just due to furniture placement. The mattresses were super comfy but the bed frames were a bit loud, could really hear all movements of my friend sleeping in the next room. All relatively minor things though! We also didn’t realize that the kitchen/coffee space was shared and upstairs a bit out of the apartment itself. I usually like to make a coffee in my pjs in the morning and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that here, since you had to walk through the main parts of the building. I might have missed this in the description though?

The location was great! Easy to get in to the apartment. Bed was super comfortable. Towels are big. Water pressure in shower is good. Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood too, if you don’t want to be in the touristy area near the Grand Market.

The room was a ground floor with no outside windows, but since I used it only to rest and sleep at night it was ok. If you're planning on spending lot of time in the room, then it's better not.

The location was really nice, very close walking to Schumann station, and with may different places to eat or drink something (and a beautiful park nearby)

The room could be a little bit cleaner, e.g. the table (but it was generally ok). Another chair to sit down or put clothes would be helpful. The light switches are not very practical, e.g. there is only one switch for the stairway lights at the top, none at the bottom. The front door would open more smoothly with just a little bit of grinding at the bottom.

Received good instructions, got my key from a safe, had a quite time in a good location in the European quarters.

A mattress in a living room could have been more comfy.

Very quick host response. You can address any question. I was instructed on parking hours , parking is free on Sunday and Monday morning (for precise/accurate hours check it yourself ) There were five of us in stead of four, a host has quickly arranged a place to sleep.

I knew it in advance so I'm not going to complain about it: the buildings have an interesting structure so there are stairs everywhere. Not 100% ideal for walking with a crutch. But the likes by far outweighs this.

Very spacious room with an interesting layout and all you need to work and sleep. Plus there's a common kitchen. The location is ideal for me. Super friendly and helpful owners. Although privately managed you can arrive at any time as there's a key safe for late arrivals. They send a lot of detailed and helpful instructions.

Maybe the small kitchen, but no It was just perfect as it was.

The apartment was easy to find and is located in a very good and safe area. We arrived around 20:00 o’clock and the apartment was so warm that made feel us like home, except the fragrance that was used in cleaning. Nearby there are a lot of shops, pharmacy, caffe and market. We found a market just 5 min walking, which was open until 22:00 at night. It will be great to have some basics groceries like salt, oil and sugar, which we left them at the house after our leaving. Except these all other things were perfect. The view from windows was amazing.
