Room a bit small

Let's start with the breakfast - it was simply fantastic! There was a wide variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh made omelette Every staff member I encountered was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the dining staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay.

Although our rooms ended up being on the same floor (not very close), that was not the arrangement when we arrived and it to the friendly receptionist a while to organise it

Location was very good and breakfast was excellent, even if quite pricey. For departure we were allowed to have one of the two rooms for two extra hours without extra cost which was in our case quite convenient.

room a bit quirky but well designed, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast selection and staff all exceptionally nice. got sustainability as part of the hotel with water fountains and reusable bottles in the room.

Hotel Indigo offers a fantastic stay with its prime location near Rogier metro station. The modern and stylish rooms, coupled with excellent service, made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brussels!

The breakfast was wonderful. The gym was spotless, well lit and well equipped. The room service was great. My room was lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. Every interaction with Staff was a pleasure. The hotel is located close to the main shopping district and a short walk from the historical centre.

The lighting inside the room was not enough (for us) since we are having bright lights at our home :).

It was Happy and comfortable stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels. It is very near to Metro Station Rogier. It is not far from Amsterdam Central (Grand Place) also. We always took public taxi from Hotel to Central which cost only less than 10 Euro. The staff was well behaved and welcoming.

Bit close to gare Nord, by all accounts not a particularly nice area. However this did not affect my stay at all.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Decor was wonderful, loved the piped birdsong and the scents in the corridors. Proximity to metro is great and makes travel so much easier.

I did not like the food from the Urban picnic, very bland other than that, that’s my only dislike.

It was very easy to find after taking the train from the airport. Location was perfect to everything even train. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Decor was lovey and I love the diffuser sent on the floor. Room was big enough.

Narrow between bed and bathroom door, but we managed. Shower door on the bathtub cannot be moved.

Beautiful interior and very clean facilities. Right outside of a train station, so location is very convenient. Walking distance to shops and groceries.

Room cleaning could have received more attention to detail. Cleaning staff did a quick job. Also our coffee cups were not exchanged after use. Minor thing. Bathroom was a tat small.

Second visit within two months and love this hotel. It’s unique with its interior but also staff are super friendly and helpful. Got to enjoy the cocktails at the bar this time, really good! On a Thursday they have a live DJ. Breakfast is also good, good choice of everything. Was missing berries with my yoghurt but that’s not a fault. I love this hotel and we will return again.

The location whilst easy to get to everything we needed, the location was a little strange area. perhaps felt a little unsafe if being a little critical.

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff where so nice! the room was a little small, but had everything we needed and the hotel itself was really nice and had everything we needed for a two night stay.
