No WiFi all ten days, first day there was no electricity and I had to fix it on my own (again no real help from support), in the same building there is a night club so walls shaking from the music til six morning everyday all week long. No way it stay with this price.

Tha apartment is not clean,there is no housekiping ,lot of thing didnt work...need urgent renovation, bathroom in toilette is in catastrofic state..

1) The experience of entering the building was horrible. It took me 5 attempts to enter the long entrance code. 2) In the confirmation e-mail I was give a wrong room number - was trying to enter a room that was already occupied and had an awkward situation. 3) The bathroom smelled really bad because the facility owners didn't install a proper shower drain - all the bad smell from the sewerage was entering the bathroom and the bedroom. 4) Was not able to connect to wi-fi. 5) Not suitable for business travellers if you need to iron your clothes - there was no iron in the apartment. 6) The elevator didn't work both days, so had to climb up to the 6th floor (apartments are located on 5-7 floors of the office building). 6) BONUS: The Booking.com account of the premise manager was hacked and I received a phishing e-mail from their account asking me to pay again for the premise. I barely avoided falling in the trap.

The location. It was perfectly located - literally across the street from the conference venue. The apartment was spacious, but I didn't use any of the facilities. Just came in to sleep.

The elevator was out of service. Some stuff needs to be repaired. We had a problem with the Wi-fi connection: we didn't find the network with the name provided by the host.

No sheets and duvet for the sofa bed

The flat is on the 6th floor and the lift was locked!! The flat is generally in a poor state of repair - we had to repair the toilet door to prevent the handle falling off when closing the door. The "sofa-bed" is just a sofa, though thankfully large enough for an adult to sleep on it. There was no sheet, pillow case or duvet cover for the sofa bedding. The sofa is partly broken (missing one arm!). All the "pillows" were in fact sofa cushions (on all beds). The second bedroom had no hanging space/wardrobe. There were no toiletries apart from a soap dispenser in the toilet. The towels were old and shabby as was the bathmat. There was an ironing board, but no iron (that we could find). The TV is damaged and hanging at an angle.

Flat location was pretty good. Flat is a good size with plenty of seating. Kitchen area was good if a little under-equipped - some standard consumables (e.g. cooking oil) would have been useful. The actual beds were large and comfortable. Shower was good - hot with good pressure, though the shower area is in need of renovation.

Unfortunately after Saturday evening we had no hot water and heard nothing from the property when we tried to get in contact with them. We arrived Friday evening and left Monday morning.

We were talking on the phone with the property managers, that we were missing two sets of sheets and towels. They promised to supply us as soon as possible, but we haven't received anything for 4 days stay.

with windows open it is really noisy. you are above a really busy road (sirens, horns beeping) at the front and on one night there was music blaring at the back till 4am. This was midweek. really hard to sleep.

spacious. well located for EU visits. close to metro and supermarket. easy walk into centre of city.
