The street in front of the hotel is quite a central one and can be quite noisy even at night. The cleanliness of the room can be a bit better.

The location is great, esp. for the price. The rooms are large enough and the breakfast is nice. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

- It's a very, very loud location at night. The sound isolation in the room is really bad so that you hear all loud sounds during night: emergency signals, shouting people (there are a lot of them in this area), music, bottles being broken and so on. We were on 6th floor but we heard everything like we were outside, which made us waking up several times per night, till the very morning... EARPLUGS ARE MUST-HAVE. - It was very difficult to turn the faucet in the shower: it was either too tight or outdated. - Please provide more hangers in the room. There were two of us in the room, but the room itself is designed for 3 people (one bed was double), but there were only 2 hangers in the room. There are simply no options where to hang your things so that they do not get wrinkled.

+ Central location: the hotel is close to the historical city center and main attractions. We haven't used public transport as it was easy to get everywhere on foot including the train station. + Small, but comfortable room with two beds. Beds and pillows were nice and soft. + Friendly and welcoming service at the reception. + WiFi was working almost perfectly. + Clean room and bathroom.

It's quite close to the train station and historical center is in just 10 minutes walk. The bed is comfortable. The reception desk works 24 hours. We arrived at 3 a.m. and check-in was very fast

The lift was sketchy,no door while it was going up. I find it dangerous.

No A/C in a very hot period. Impossible to sleep with the window open as the room was facing a very noisy road. As it was almost a last-minute booking not great value, but that was due to change of plans.

The property is basic but exactly what we needed, we only stayed the night before our flight so we’re in the hotel less than 12 hours. No complaints at all.

24/7 reception staff, entry from street only by key access after certain time. Supported late check in we arrived at 10pm. Exactly what you need for short stay, really close to Brussels nord train station.

The walls were incredibly thin, allowing me to hear everything happening in adjacent rooms. However, the cleaning staff was the loudest of all. I've never experienced such noisy room cleaning before, and it seemed like the cleaners didn'tt take the guests into consideration.

The room was normal. Nothing special. The guys at the front desk were very nice.
