All of the staff made us feel very welcome and surprised us with a birthday welcome in the dining room. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean and have plenty of spaces to tuck away your bags. The private spa experience was amazing -- so relaxing!

Hard to think of anything. The location, slightly away from the busy centre of Ghent, was ideal for exploring the town.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left all the management and staff gave us exceptional customer service. The room was spotless and well equipped. The breakfasts were excellent with a choice of fresh foods and cooked items.

Staff we extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The facilities were fresh and new, very clean and felt luxurious. Breakfast we fabulous and varied. Absolutely nothing to improve. Spa was amazing too.

Very good and modern hotel in an old house. I would say smart hotel. It seems sterile clean. The manager at the reception was helpful and friendly. We liked also the lobby.

Too many green sensors that illuminated the room at night, felt there was a night light on all the time so if you like a dark room bring an eye mask!

The 'balcony' was a space on the fire escape stairs with 2 metal seats. And the view was of an unappealing courtyard. Lastly, the normal price is pretty expensive considering the size of the room.

The lobby and room looked very nice, staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The bed was VERY comfortable and the whole room had an appealing modern style.

This is a spectacular place to stay in GHENT. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The spa is a real treat, clean, well designed and private. Fred, the manager was very helpful regarding restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful hotel with modern, very new bedrooms with all mod cons. Very well designed and exceptionally clean. The spa facilities were lovely and you book them for private use, so relaxing! The breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious. The staff were all very polite and friendly and went out of their way to make sure that you had a pleasant stay.

As chic as the (bathroom) design is, it is not the most user-friendly: water splashes everywhere from the sink and the shower. The towel heating gets switched on accidentally. Even though we set the aircondition low, it was still quite warm in the room, perhaps because of the floor heating in the bath. Oh, and the toilets should be cleaned better!

Very friendly and helpful staff, who try to fulfill all your wishes. Elegant rooms with high-tech equipment. Very comfortable beds. Great spa with sauna and steam bath. Very good breakfast for a fair price. Pretty good location within walking distance to the historic city center and public transport.

Price for parking on an open field in the city was a too high.

Friendly staff and very helpfull, very good breakfast also. Easy to book the SPA which we enjoyed but probably more difficult when hotel is fully booked.

Slightly small of a room and it would have been great if it was possible to use Netflix and other streaming services as it would have been nice to have, but not essential.

Great location and the room was perfect for a short stay.loved that the room was super high tech with easy access to lights, automatic blinds, plenty of UBS charging points, great heating & Aircon system and loved the fact I could easily pair my phone to the built-in ceiling Bluetooth speakers!
