The house shows its age. But nothing is perfect. Something is loose here, something is frayed there. But perhaps that is part of the special charm of this house. It's not disturbing at all.

Clean and silent rooms and an underground parking garage on the other side of the street (very nice!). In summer, the outdoor terrace invites you to spend some time. All very charming.

The only disadvantage was a high window which was hard to close after opening as it was a bit high (i'm 167cm)

super nice manager! she called at the time i filled as "approximate time of coming" and suggested to wait till i come (in half an hour) to give the keys. Room was nice, clean, you have shower in the room and toilet on the floor, sharing with 1 or 2 other rooms (not sure if someone stayed, anyway was super clean). There's also shared kitchen, didn't use it but there was everything needed for preparing meal. Location is nice, easy to find

The shared toilet was really miniature - I'm 185 cm tall, quite flexible and slim, but even in such case the "activity" can be quite challenging activity :) I had not found power outlet near bed.

I stayed just one night - I have chosen the place primarily for the price and location relatively close to the venue I attended. The room was very small, but clean. I had one with the shower and basin, but without toilet, which is bit uncomfortable. But as I said, I needed to look for price (and the prices in Brussels are often crazy). The place deserves some renovation, but it's clean and I haven't heard any neighbors (maybe, they were no neighbors at all :) ). The bed was of a great size for one, but I expect a bit small for two, and the mattress was comfy. Metro or buses are just around the corner. I really appreciated the keys were provided through lockbox after check-in hours, so I haven't met the host.

I had stayed there before and had a very nice room. This one (the 'garden room') was a bit sad, with the decoration very plain, the mattress very soft, it was in the basement and outside the room it did not smell very well, the keyhole of the bedroom door was a bit broken. The room would benefit from some renovation.

The location is good and the buiding is a nice one. The host was very good as I did not know how to enter the building (I had not read all the messages they sent me) and they replied very fast to my phone call and helped me get in.

the shower on our room made all room wet, the toilet just beside our room, was very noise (since was shared, not ideal the noise on our room) , a lot of stair reach our room.

The location was amazing very close to metro station but in a very safe area. The Double room loft was really comfortable and it exceeded my expectations.

The floor in the kitchen on the third floor requires repairs, this does not in any way affect the quality of living, but still. Upon entering the guest house there is a slight smell.

It was ideal distance from yhe city center, good accomodation. Reall quite street (it's to important as for me), perfect service and superb personal. Accomodotion is totally meets all pictures on booking.com so there was not any surprises.We had really great neighbors, so I can't say it was too loud, as someone mentioned earlier, but the walls could still use some insulation as the noise level is really high.

The terrace is not covered, so I couldn't use it on rainy days, because everything was wet. Not enough variety of cooking utensils.

The heat knob for the shower must've been broken or something, because no matter how I turned it the water stayed roughly the same (scorching) temperature. The room had no heating, but an electric oil radiator was provided, so it wasn't that big of a deal - just a bit annoying, especially because the radiator had broken wheels.

The location is great - very close to city center, and it's a fairly quiet spot too. The host seemed nice, and although she had limited English knowledge she was patient enough to deal with us using Google Translate (we had arrived early, so it wasn't just a simple key pick-up). The room was clean and the beds were soft and felt nice.

Access to my car in the garage was a real pain - we had to always contact the host to open or shut the door. The code provided by the parking administrator didn't work :( Having safe parking was good, but a better system would have helped. Also the stairs to the mezzanine were really noisy, so I felt bad if my son was asleep! Quite a bit of noise from the apartment above ours, but that's not the host's fault!

Really convenient location, very clean and with modern facilities (kitchen etc). Lovely big bathroom and reasonably comfortable beds. The double on the mezzanine was two singles, so if you are a "middle of the bed" sleeper it wasn't great, but the individual beds were very comfortable. Host very good when I complained about a party going on till 1am in one of the other apartments.

I was on the third floor and the bathroom was very small. It would have been difficult for a larger body to fit in.

The receptionist was very helpful with advice on when and how I should call a taxi to the airport early the next morning.

Climbing up to our third floor room but that couldn't be helped. Think the room was cheaper because of this, so that's a compensation.

Lovely place. Charming, unpretentious, old style pensione. Quiet. Unlimited tea and coffee. A terrace and a back garden. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cleaning was not the best... We arrived Sunday, cleaning was done on Tuesday (everything), then we were told cleaning is done every other day, which was fine, but Thursday we were inside when the cleaning lady came so we didn't get the apartment clean. We thought (hoped) that it would be done on Friday but it was not. Then on Saturday we only got the towels changed, no cleaning on the floors :( So i would say cleaning could be a bit better.

Nice location near Arts Loi Metro station, we liked the apartment facilities (kitchen) and the personnel was helpful.

Personally I found that the pillow was too big which meant that I couldn’t use it because it made the angle for my neck too uncomfortable. 2 smaller pillows would have meant I could have adjusted for my comfort better.

It was conveniently located not far from the railway station which we wanted as we were only stopping for 1 night before moving on the next day.
