Should make it clear that check out time is 10 am. North American standard is usually 11 am. The maid opened the door at 10 am without even knocking. Then ten minutes later knocked to say "you are supposed to be out of here at 10". Very unpleasant.

Kitchen area not very clean especially the kettle and coffee machine. Bed frame was smaller than mattresses on top of it.

Easy parking and situated in a quiet location. Large room and bathroom. Easy self check-in and checkout.

Very easy to collect the keys and enter the rooms. The place is a beautiful group of buildings in the middle of a field - peaceful, quiet, green. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and large. Looking forward to going back in the summer!

The pillow was very small and flat. Did not offer enough support. No spare pillows were available in the accommodation Although when we called we were supplied with extra pillows. Do not keep teabags together with the coffee. This made the tea taste of coffee. The lounge area felt a bit bare. Some wall art or ornaments would have made it feel a bit more welcoming. We would have preferred a sofa instead of 2 individual chairs

The kitchenette is very small. We managed for one night, having brought things to heat up, but it would be difficult cooking in such a small space, especially if staying longer.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower good. It is some distance to major tourist cities, but the location is very peaceful with free parking close by. There is good wifi throughout. It was easy to pick up the keys.

Coffee machine wasn’t working when we checked-in. Called in and another brand new coffee machine with extra coffee cubes, was delivered the next morning. Needed extra towels and it was provided immediately. Overall, it was very pleasant and comfortable stay, clean, quiet, secluded but accessible as well

We only stayed one night on our route to Hungary after crossing the Channel. We had no need of shops/restaurants nearby so enjoyed the quiet location. We brought our own food/drink for the overnight stay and the small kitchenette area was well equipped. Small living area with TV and dining table. Comfortable bed. Large shower room. All very clean.

We had a few minor issues which were disappointing The fridge in studio 5 didn't really work The shower rail was also broken The air conditioning in studio 2 didn't work and it was set up as a double although we had booked and confirmed a twin The air conditioning units in both studios needed a good internal clean

Facilities in the kitchen area was a bit sparse. It would have been nice to see some staff around in case there had been any problems.

The kitchen had only the bare minimum. No corkscrew or wine glasses. Only 1 dinner plate. The shower water was luke warm. No shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo.

The flat was clean,modern and quiet. There was a very nice view over a fruit orchard from the room, which was nicely warmed by the sun in the afternoon.
