The position of the apartment was amazing, just few meters from the beach, it has a wonderful view over the sea. In front of the apartment is a very nice restaurant where you can eat very good at decent prices.

The mattress was too soft for us. The kitchen was missing some things - no kitchen towels + there were only 2 pots (one without a lid, while the second one had a rusty lid). Internet was slow sometimes but that wasn't a big deal for us.

Great communication from the host - we received detailed instructions for check-in, everything went smooth. Parking spots are right in front of the building. The apartment was clean (the floor was basically shining which is quite rare on the seaside cuz sand is hard to get rid off). The beach is also right in front of you. My recommendation for other guests - keep the balcony doors open, this way you'll hear the sound of the waves while relaxing in the apartment - magical! Especially at night when it's quiet. Both balcony doors have mosquito nets. There are a couple restaurants nearby + Kavarna and Balchik are very close. Pictures are 100% correct.

I think the location was wonderful, we got a room with a balcony that overviewed the beach. The apartment is very clean, we found enough toiletries, bed sheets, etc. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, if you want to cook and you can find a supermarket nearby. There is also an excellent restaurant at literally 30 seconds away - Laguna which serves exquisite food.

It is so very close to the sea! An excellent restaurant 1 minute away. It was very clean and had all the utilities you might need. Even an oven and a washing mashine! I could live there:)

the smell of damp in the rooms as well as in the linen and towels, the leak from the shower cabin does not work optimally, the rooms are heated only with air conditioning.

The host was extremely friendly and helped us with all the requirements, the location is exceptional, right on the beach. the apartment is spacious, large windows with a beautiful view. enough equipment, espresso machine, electric oven, hob, 2 air conditioners, refrigerator, cupboards, tables. execelemt for a holiday regardless of the season.

The apartement is situated literally on the beach, you just have to cross a small street and there you are, which makes it perfect for families with kids (we traveled with a 3 yo and a 4 months old baby). I would like to thank again to the owner of the place. When we arrived, we discovered a problem which I'm not going to talk about, because the issue has been solved meanwhile, so there is no point bringing it into discussion, but we were impressed by the way the situation was handled, since the owner was not even in the country and despite the different time zone, he was always in touch with us and did his very best to come up with a solution. This is the way you keep guests returning! 👍

Although I have known the location for a few years and I had 3 more accommodations in the area, I was pleasantly surprised by the care of the host for the comfort of the guests. The beds are extremely comfortable, the arrangement of the accommodation space combines the pleasant with the useful. The host provides everything you need for a short or long stay: crockery, cutlery, cleaning products, oil, salt, sugar, spices and... coffee, so welcome in the morning! :-) I recommend with all confidence!

The room was not as clean as it was supposed to be - there were traces of soap from the previous visitors, the mop was dirty and you could see sand around the corners - I'll attach some photos to see what I mean. The bathroom was smelly and the sheets in the living room as well. Also the coffee machine was not working and the air conditioning was dirty inside - I don't believe they were ever cleaned... On top the sheets were synthetic and one of my kids had a terrible rash because of them - we had to leave after the first night although we had booked 3 nights. Even though the host was informed about the issues, they refused to refund any money. The beach was indeed close, but very dirty and there were only 2 restaurants you could eat nearby
