It was only an overnight stay while flying thru the capital but it was absolutely fine.

Very good position. It is two minutes walking on your feet distance from main train station and two minutes from metro. Metro works super and you may arrive with metro very fast and easy to city center and to any part of city. Rooms, bathrooms, and all hotel is very clean. Rooms are quiet. The bed is confortable. Water pressure is good, shower is good. Everything is good about this hotel. The only little thing which I would prefer but this hotel doesn't have, I would prefer restaurant for breakfast to have windows. The restaurant for breakfast is in the basement. It doesn't have windows but it is very clean, with nice colors, and has good artificial light. Good breakfast also, not the best I've seen but it is good. The staff is nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this hotel everything was fine, but is is just a normal good hotel, nothing super cool to impress. I think is very practical hotel to stay for work trip or turist to visit the city.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic despite staff trying to be friendly. Maybe better organisation and planning of how to distribute the food would help.

This isn’t the fault of the property, but there aren’t many restaurants in the area.

There is a lot to like about this hotel: -The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a questions, they were there to help me find solutions. For example, when I was too tired to go out to dinner, the lady at reception showed me how to download an app to order in. -My room was big, bright, and comfortable. It was also impeccably clean. -The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets were soft. -The bath towels were the perfect size. Water pressure was good. -Breakfast was delicious and there were options to fit any taste. The breakfast room ladies were very kind and helpful. -The hotel is great with the little touches: lending umbrellas when it’s raining, complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, complimentary bottles of water in the room. -The hotel is right next to a metro station, the main bus and train station.

Great hotel, very kind staff. Everything was clean, large room with a big bed & workspace. Got stuck in another country while travelling, but they allowed me to move the booking to a new day. Perfect!

The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and bus terminal. While this is a positive aspect, it's important to be aware that the surrounding area may not be the most welcoming for tourists. We didn't experience any problems ourselves, but it's something to be mindful of.

The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The breakfast was adequate with a good variety of options. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The city center is not easily accessible on foot, but trams and the metro are right in front of the hotel and provide easy access. The Wi-Fi was fast .

The property was clean , rooms were clean. There is a metro, tram and central station next to the hotel. Staff were polite , helpful and even arranged early breakfast for us.

Hotel in excellent location near bus station train station metro 🚊. Metro is very cheap and very easy to use for less than 1£ where else in the world is price like this no where. In the walking distance from hotel is the Main Street Vitinha with lots is places do eat which is also very convenient. Excellent location very good breakfast in the morning well done for staff who work there.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. I enjoyed my stay in Sofia. The breakfast is pretty good and there is also a parking space beside the hotel and the train station and tram station just outside the hotel which is convenient for us to go to the city.

Even though it is 15mins away from the actual center with public transport, it is not very central. We couldn’t do anything around there since there was nothing, and we couldn’t walk to the actual center either.
