We were privided with another room, although agreed dor a particular apartment. After one night it was changed, but it was not convenient. You can feel smoke in some rooms, although it is non-smoking hotel. Get prepared to clean air conditioner filters to partially get rid of it. Sometime wifi signal is interrupting and you need to ask for a router reloading. Do not expect much of kitchen items for cooking.

Nice sea view and modern design as compared to average Pomorie.

The host was very polite and helpful.the place is comfortable, very close to the beach. Near to the hotel there is private parking which is expensive but still a good option to park your car.

Bad mobile coverage but with wifi was ok.

The property was with really good location - beachfront and 1.2km from the central part. Staff and kids friendly.

Some problems occurred during our stay: the balcony door was not opening at first, but it was fixed. There was no laundry at the building

Price doesn't match quality. Receptionist called a taxi to the airport for us after checkout. I'm sure that she has share from it, because transfer cost was 25 euro, although the day before we got from burgas to pomorie for 20 usd. It's twice longer, than pomorie satafovo. And the taxi car was terrible. Seat belts didn't work at all. In the first night bodyguard sold water for us for 3 leva, the next night another bodyguard sold it for 4 leva. In general, in this hotel you will not be helped to avoid deceiving. Rather, they themselves will deceive you. Do not recommend.

The two bedrooms were small and there is too much furniture in the living room considering it’s size. There was a huge balcony but no awning and the sun was pretty harsh. There was an air conditioner only in the living room, none in the bedrooms.

The property is clean and next to the beach and two nice restaurants. The lady on the reception desk was very kind and understandable.

No hot water during busy periods between 17pm-20pm. That’s wasn’t predictable when I booked the hotel … Also ,there is no parking and we had to park on the street ( but it wasn’t difficult to find a place )

The only thing we didn't like was that there were no curtains over the balcony door so the sun woke us up early every morning.

I didn’t like the room, without table inside, in the bathroom theres is no hook for towel and hook for toilet paper. On the picture the room looks excellent but a live no good. The lady on the reception was very calm and smiled.

Internet with very poor quality. The sofa isn’t suitable for sleeping! At the bathroom sewage was clogged. There was a wasp at the balcony.

The hot water randomly stops mid-shower and appears later just as randomly. The couch had stains. The cleaners walked in our room twice despite answering to their knocking with "not now" and basically presurred us to leave early. No heater in the bathroom for swimsuit drying and the terraces do not receive any sunlight due to the narrow streets and close buildings. Mattresses are way too soft, feel more like hammocks.

The hotel is really close to the beach. Relatively quiet. Staff is friendly.

There is just one hair dryer for the entire hotel - you take it and return it. Cleanliness was questionable although it wasn’t exceptionally bad.
