Beautiful and clean!

It's all a matter of expectations. If you expect the hotel to be on a beautiful Boulevard, it is not, however the location is fine. It is about a ten minute stroll from the main strip and sunny beach but once you are through the gates it's like walking into a corner of paradise. The apartments do not boast lots of hotel like facilities and there are none but again we didn't expect any.

The Hosts were friendly, helpful, simply a delight. The hotel was so immaculately clean, everything had a sparkle shine. The pool area was so pretty and immaculately kept you felt like you were in a private mansion villa.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this place. Our apartment had a lot of space. It was clean and modern. It had all you would need for a weeks stay. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area is clean and sheltered from the street. Our TV was broken during a rainy day (due to previous thunderstorm). We weren't really that bothered about it but the owner gifted us a bottle of wine and chocolates as an apology. That was such an unexpected and sweet gesture! Highly recommended.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff that are always there to help! The room was very clean everyday. The balcony was very spacious and had comfy chairs.

A wonderful hotel managed by friendly people. The rooms are spacious and with modern furniture, bathroom was also very nice and clean. Staff cleans up every day and keeps everything fresh. You can tell that the owners care about keeping the high quality. It is basically a premium place but at a great price. Location is also great and the bus station is just a 4-5 minutes walk away from the hotel, so you can easily explore the other resorts around Sunny Beach thanks to the buses running daily.

The one and only minus i can think of it's that a single day, out of the 6 i stayed, the towel that i got had a dirty spot on it, big enough to make you not want to use it. That's it.

New bed sheets and towels everyday, at every room clean during the day the dishes left in the sink were cleaned up aswell, hot whater even after all of us in the room took a shower, AC always on if wanted, no problem whatsoever. The owner could understand and speak english really well, compared to most of the people i met in sunny, which weren't able to comunicate in any other language besides bulgarian. The pool was also nice and very very clean, with plenty of sunbeds in the yard.

Everything was perfect

Everything is at the high level, rooms, swiming pool and the whole place are extremly clean, staff is professional, the owner is a great person. I would like to come back here again!

The hotel is on a street with bad infrastructure and dilapidated look

Very clean hotel refurbished with taste. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was very clean and with salty water - I liked that much.

Everything was perfect. The owners/staff were faultless, very welcoming. The room spacious and very comfortable. The balcony was great size. Big bathroom. The pool is fantastic. You can even bring a cold drink from your room to have at the poolside. Will definitely return. Great value. Thanks

Beautiful, peaceful and extremely clean! Very beautiful plants around the pool... My room was very nice, and the balcony wonderful for summer evenings - spacious with comfortable furniture..

You'd have to be really picky to find faults with this place. Only problem we had all week was our kitchen extractor fan not working however it was rectified immediately. Mario and staff very helpful and willing to assist any way necessary. Would def go back there. Bravo.

Pool immaculate and never too crowded. Everywhere you look the place is just immaculately clean. Rooms very modern and all overlooking pool. Good location. 10 mins walk to strip and all the shops. Close to supermarket and a few restaurants.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! We had a very warm welcome by a friendly and polite staff. Rooms are very comfy and even better than shown in images! The hygiene in this hotel is top-notch!!! Cleaning ladies are doing a great job! There's a swimming pool with a crystal clear salt water, and a separate part for youngsters. There's enough of stores in vicinity of the hotel, as well as some restaurants and quality fast food places. Security is 24/7. I really liked the parking option. Special thanks to Mario, the one-in-a-million guy, who's always there to keep you in a good mood, and help you with anything he can! Overall impression 10/10!
