We had a hard time recognizing that we were there. Maybe a distinctive sign would help.

The location of the apartment was very nice. We we're very close to the city center and it was easy to get to it. The apartment was very good for our small group of friends.

The door can be opened from the outside without a key and the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Some of the furniture could use a bit of updating.

Large apartment with fully functioning kitchen and 2 toilets. It is generally clean and in a great location for visiting most of the sights in Sofia.

The are has quite a lot of buildings in pretty bad shape. The inner court and the view from the balcony (to the inner court) is pretty depressing..

When I filled the kettle the water was frothy - like soap. We had already drunk the water from it. Very worried about what was in the kettle.

We were supposed to check out at noon, but the cleaning lady came an hour before that and we had to leave earlier then agreed.

The location was great, everything was close. The check-in instructions were super helpful. The water pressure in the shower is amazing.

3rd floor without elevator, shower drain was not ok and water splashed all over the bathroom due to bad maintenance and leaks from the shower cabin. The flat manager fixed the drain after few days. The hot water is only from an electric boiler which is very very small. Totally impossible to have more than 2 people showering in the morning despite the flat has capacity for 6 guests. I dislike the fact that the flat manager is charging extra money for providing a baby cot. The entrance to the building is dirty and unpleasant.

Good sized flat, wide living room and kitchen, flat is a good condition, washing machine and dish washer, 2 toilets. Efficient heating although only through air conditioning. Good location next to city center with plenty of shops, bars and supermarket next door.

Main drawback was the lack of sealling of the shower doors which caused leaks with every shower.

The apartment was very nice, well equiped and in a good location. Cleaning level is good.

The bathroom was really not deeply cleaned. The rubbers of the shower doors were brown instead of transparent- also in the edges in the cabin it was dirty. The bathroom mop was too dirty to use. For the rest the house was "okay" clean, room for improvement there.

Spacious apartment on a great location in Sofia. Close-by everything you might need. Beds were comfortable and the AC was heaven during the hot days.

It is located in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator (but we knew about it, so, no problem for us). The oven’ s hood deserves a little bit more care (and need a general cleaning), but it did not bother our stay, it is just a recommendation. The building from its outside is a little weird, but we felt perfectly safe and had zero problems staying there.

Very well located, good size for 4 or even 6 persons, there were 2 bathrooms (1 complete with shower and 1 just with sink and toilet). The living room was nice and big. There is not free parking in the place but we parked very close. Location is really a must! Walking distance from all main touristic places, supermarket 2 blocks, restaurants, bars, main metro line, etc. if you can use the stairs to go to the 3rd floor, I do recommend!

Nasty building. The owner or neighbors park their dirty car just in-front of the entrance door so you’d need to clean your clothes every time you go in or out

The location is good close to everything in Sofia’s city centre
