It was a bit of a walk from the gondola especially if you have your ski boots on but the shuttle pick up and drop off service was great!

The apartment was a good size. It was great value for money. Included breakfast and shuttle to the gondola. Would definitely book this place again if I'm back in bansko

I cannot fault it. This hotel was perfect.

I have to admit, this hotel really surprised me. My boyfriend and I came to Bansko for my 21st birthday to go snowboarding for a week. For just over £100 for a week between the 2 of us, I was shocked. The location of the hotel was perfect, it’s a 5 walk to the town centre, just under 10 minute walk to the gondola lift which is also in the centre, and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town, which is full of authentic bulgarian restaurants and really good bars (‘“Five M” Restaurant and Good Bar’ was particularly amazing). The hotel was always very clean, with our room being tided for us every day and towels changed every 3 days, and the rooms were very very spacious, much more than we expected! Had a small corridor with coat racks as you enter the apartment. We had a kettle, many cupboards, and sink, drying place, and surprisingly a microwave which we weren’t expecting as didn’t book the family room in the kitchen. Also had a good table and 2 chairs in there with a TV, and a sofa, maybe a sofa bed, but we didn’t use it. We had a massive double bed which were two joined singles but couldn’t feel that they were separate which was really good. Also had a dressing table, cupboards and wardrobe. Good bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, shelf, mirror and towel radiator. Also had a one chair balcony looking out the front of the hotel which was really nice. Also, there’s local cats outside the hotel! So cute! They only come up to you if you encourage them to, which is good. We got free breakfast every morning downstairs 7:30-9:30 and was perfect, just what you need before a day snowboarding. No meat, but it had omelettes, pancakes, cheese on toasts, boiled eggs, salad, cereal, toast, cheeses, coffee machine and teas. They offer a shuttle to the gondola every morning at 8 and again at 9, then a pick up from the gondola every afternoon at 4 and then again at 5. The owner, such a kind and easy going guy.

The genuine warmth and welcome afforded-by Jorge and Paulette was above and beyond. The room was so comfortable with 2 balconies. It was super clean and very comfortably furnished . Great attention to detail with supplies replenished every day . The Breakfast offering was beautifully presented with omelettes crepes and croque monsieur offered along with cheeses fruit and juices . The buffet was constantly topped with lovely fresh produce. The areas were kept immaculately clean .I hurt my leg on ski lift and without prompting Georgi found some painkillers and deep heat which really helped . Cannot wait to book my next 2 trips for 25 season . A most wonderful and charming family run hotel

The owners were very kind, warm, friendly and hospitable. The room was excellent, with a lovely view to Bansko and the mountains. The breakfast was so abundant and tasty - absolutely amazing! Excellent shower too - with hot water.

Very nice guesthouse with everything you need to have a good stay during ski season. They even offer a shuttle to/from the Gondola every morning and afternoon. The location is convenient for going out after skiing as well.

Seriously, I think the host did the best job, just the people living there being disrespectful for the others. One time a man was late for the shuttle, host was nice so he waited for them, 6mins late at the gondola causing another hour in the line. "Sorry I am late 🤭" no you are not, if you are, you will pay for taxi for all the people in the shuttle. Please be a responsible adult when you travel, I saw too many annoying white English speaking man thinking no one understand or don't care about others because they are "enjoying their life".

Good vegetarian breakfast, around 10mins from the gondola and the host will provide shuttles. Place is spotless clean, relatively quiet for a good sleep. Good jacuzzi and sauna.

This property is totally amazing . It warm, cozy and absolutely spotlessly clean . The hosts are so warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble . It offers a very exciting Breakfasts with boiled eggs , toasted cheese , fruit cereal and cheeses . Lovey coffee and selection of teas . Rooms are serviced daily and everything re supplied . It is a breath of fresh air to experience such hospitality and welcome . We are travelling again in March , our 3rd visit and cannot wait . Jorge runs a very tight ship , the best in the business and a huge credit to Bulgarian tourism.

I stayed here with a couple of friends for a week of skiing. We all had a great time! The hotel is clean and well maintained, the breakfast was a great way to start the morning. The hotel is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the gondola, and they have a free shuttle every hour in the morning and evening. The staff were all very friendly, and the spa and wellness area downstairs is an added bonus! Would definitely return.

Exceptional accommodation! Warm place with the kindest hosts i have ever meet. A gem with the lowest price on Bansko, comparing the top quality service that provides. Loved the vegetarian breakfast buffet as well (especially the toasted bread with the melted cheese). Would definitely visit again!

A nice simple breakfast at the hotel each day with pancakes, cheese on toast and some continental option. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The best thing of all it was so quiet at night round the hotel making sleep easy. They have a shuttle service to the Gondola, we didn't use it but useful to have it. About 5 minutes walk up to the gondola.
