Food was delicious! staf very nice but no speaking english, but anyway wasnt hard to comunicate. perfect swimming-poll for kids, but lifeguard there was mad great value to price ;) building is old but its clean in the rooms, nice garden ;)

Good location. Clean and spacious room. Budget friendly place to crash with extremely polite and friendly personnel, good breakfast and plenty space to park.

All staff were very caring. Especially the parking attendant, the dishwasher and the food handlers were very friendly. The garden is small but covered with trees that are cool and beautiful. The food was meticulously prepared and tasted good.

RomaniaI did not have a single complete night sleep here. They've probably placed me in the worst position in the hotel, just in front of some tables where people made noise at night and they were staring whenever i changed or did just about anything in the room. I'd never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room i'm paying to stay in my life. Because there are no window curtains, and also outside there are lights just in front of the room. It's horrible to sleep in daylight conditions. You probably hear them at the tables from other rooms too because they are located in an atrium space. And because of lack of air conditioning you have to sleep with the window open and you hear them. They go there at all 3 meals carrying food plates from the restaurant and stay there until late night, talking out loud 2m from someone's windows is not normal. There are no real windows with insect net and i had to hunt mosquitoes before bed. The other bad reviews here are very pertinent even if i did not believe some at first but... Worst part comes here, there are loud children everywhere running inside until late night. There were 2 nights ruined by them. They are many and careless, they come without parents in camping style excursion trip with just 2 attendants sharing a room of 3-4. One time one was puking just in front of my door. I will not judge that, because drinking lots of beer when i was 10 on field trips i'm guilty off. Probably a tradition here that goes on all summer since the rooms are cheap. I will never come back, and will never buy overpriced frozen pizza in kranevo restaurants that have Pizza&grill banner.
The breakfast was fine just like in other bulgarian hotels, except that it's not buffet style and being 1 star, you don't get diversity. But i've been to 3-4 star hotels that have the exact same food as 2 stars. I'm a very modest person and usually don't have preferences when it comes to hotel rooms, i'm not obsessive about location/cleaning/towels/hotel food or interaction with staff like other people do. The main purpose i pay for a room is to sleep in a bed, but here sleep i did not! And i had better sleeps in tents on beaches than here.

the hotel has a correct price, a kind staff, cleaning was done daily in the room and the pool is of very good quality. Everything I found in the description was correct. The location in the center of Kranevo resort and the short distance from the beach is a strong point for this hotel.

United Kingdomthe place crying for restoration, 1 star ⭐️with option-all inclusive (buffet) I was wondering how I didn’t have food poisoning but we was alright! some staff super rude (chefs) nagging, murmuring about the guests consuming too much food.. for 6 nights stay no sheets changing (not including)..
nothing specific pictures are not accurate, I like the location nearby restaurants high street, like receptionist very helpful. housekeeping was absolutely polite and helpful. value of money

GermanyI stayed at room 226 from the 26th June-6th of July ! The room has bedbugs !No Hygiene and the furniture really old and dirty ! i got bitten by bedbugs and i didn’t know what it was until my dermatologist explained me that the small bloodstains on my sheets are from the bedbugs..The fresh sheets also had small blood stains .. that means that i was not the only one with the problem! On the top .. For 2 days the water was running red because of a problem and i couldn’t shower !
