Some shelf in the apartment were broken, sink loose, needs some care, but thats small stuff I wouldnt take into account. Spa is fine, except sauna not really hot, and the pool needs some more care as well

We got the delux. Cozy beautiful apartment all in wood. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, enough space for max 3 people. Indoor playground for kids!!

The restaurant and the hotel seemed to be a bit disconnected organisationally. Needed to pay for all additional stuff for the spa. Like bathrobe and slippers.

The room was small but cosy. Heating worked well. Television and other stuff was available. We enjoyed the pool and the well organized services like shuttle and some board games.

The pool and jacuzzi had too much chlorine for my taste, but I understand it's to keep them clean.

The experience matched the expected value for the price. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff, while not speaking English, were friendly and cooperative. Despite language barriers, we successfully communicated using Google Translate, which I appreciated. Therefore, I won't leave a negative review because of this, as their helpful and friendly attitude outweighed any language difficulties.

The hotel is run by a group of very young, but greatly responsible people. To be honest it was probably one of the best hotel stays in my long experience. The atmosphere of the place, no hurry, super helpful staff. Great value for reasonable money. Ecxellent facilities for families with kids. Pools, saunas, trampoline, a special playroom full of cool stuff! I wouldn't mind staying there for two weeks if I had time.

restaurant size - it is very small for such a hotel. We had to make a reservation to be able to access it during dinner time, food has been absolutely the same for the 3 days we stayed, lack of products in the lobby bar - most of products listed on the menu in the lobby bar missing. The lobby bar is very small based on the hotel capacity (same as the restaurant) There is no room service including daily changing of towels, cleaning the room or re-supplying with new bathroom accessories.

No elevator. You need to bring all baggages by the staircase to 5th floor. SPA was very unsatisfied. The water in the pool was dirty. Jacuzzi was with dirty and smelly water. Better not to use. In the restaurant you have to pay full buffet or they will give you the leftovers if you try to choose different.

Good apartment with nice view. Sauna and steam room were good. Nice massages.

The room we booked was proposed by "lux", which doesn't look like "lux" at all. No balcony, no mini bar, view to the forest. There is a huge problem with parking there, especially in the evening. During 3 days of our stay no one has cleaned the room, housekeeping were taking only trash. The food in the restaurant was average.

Room wasn't noisy. Spa zone wasn't overcrowded, it were only few people there during the evening time. Prices are average, lower than in Bansko.

The room lacked enough storage space. We were "greeted" with the statement that the restaurant won't be open for lunch and they will close earlier due to lack of guests (?!). There was no way for us getting any food at noon unless we took the car and drove to Smolyan or Pamporovo. They didn't clean the room at all during our stay with the exception of taking out the trash twice. We had to request specifically to change our bathroom towels as they didn't do that either. Last but not least the bartender who also took "care" of accommodating the breakfast was extremely unfriendly and dull.

The location and the view were amazing. The staff assisted us with providing snow chains for our car as it was stuck down the road due to snow and ice. The food , however expensive, was delicious. The chef was very friendly and helpful.

İt was really cold at winter time , I woke up in the morning at 5am and wormer was turned off from the hotel. And the hot water enough only for one person to take a shower.
