The hotel appears to be newly renovated, boasting a welcoming lobby complete with comfortable chairs, a fireplace, and pleasant wood accents and scents. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the chef personally greeted us at breakfast to ask about our meal preferences. Though the room was slightly small, it was clean, cozy, and featured a balcony that offered mountain views, as well as a very comfortable bed.

The restaurant was not working on Friday night and the receptionist missed to inform us. Not an issue due to the central location of the hotel, but this is an important information that needs to be shared with the guests so they can plan dinner. Highly recommending a water dispenser in the spa area as well (it feels a bit weird using the one at the gym).

The place is newly renovated and modern. The breakfast was good, the coffee was good, the staff were professional. The hotel definitely stands out.

Me and my Mrs. stayed there right after the end of the ski season. I suppose this made the accommodation prices really good. The hotel's interior was just renovated 6 months ago. The design was really nice and contemporary. Lobby, hallways and rooms were part of the latest renovation, where it seemed no resources were spared. The breakfast restaurant and the SPA were part of a previous project and not exactly on par with the new interior design language. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet. The SPA was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, although not plentiful. We came a couple of hours before the check-in time, but still got into our room, no comments whatsoever. They've got a valet / piccolo, which was handy both for the car and the luggage + they help you find your way around the hotel (and trust me help you need :) ) The main experience was extremely positive and definitely will be coming back. If we have to be picky, there were some points that were not brilliant, but frankly, most of those are related to the original building design which was inherited from the old Hotel Strazhite: The functional layout and orientation within the building are the worst. You cannot find your way in the building. The access from the lobby to your room is practically a maze. The lifts are limited and directly service only a small part of the rooms. If you have disabilities or you carry bulky and heavy luggage - you'll find it difficult. Lots of connecting hallways, steps onto other hallways and more steps. The access to the bathroom is quite difficult. The door opens to the inside but you have to step into the shower to be able to go around and close it. I suppose they could have made it a sliding door, but this you get used to in a bit. The facade of the hotel is kept the same from the old design (pre Marriott) and does not match the interior nor the brand values of the hotel chain.

Breakfast was delicious, nice drinks at the bar, service was amazing, spa really good! Nice and clean rooms, hotel really close to the gondola (also shuttle bus very often), the people of the hotel helped us in every request we had!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is newly renovated , beautifully designed, with comfortable rooms that offer all the modern amenities you could wish for. The location is also great, a couple of minutes walk to the gondola. What truly set this hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I must give a special shoutout to Yani ( hope I spell her name right ), who was particularly wonderful. Her bright smile and helpful nature made every interaction a joy.

The rooms are cozy, very clean and have everything you may need. Beds are very comfortable too. The SPA is okay and you definitely must try Iva’s massages!! The food in the restaurant is also good and we want to specially mention about Alisher and Boyan who were our waiters in the restaurant. They were super polite and caring. You definitely won’t go wrong with choosing Four Points for your stay.

I didn’t enjoy that the pool was closed, because we were looking for a hotel with nice spa and pool and that was a little disappointing. Also we have paid 500lv for two nights and we had to pay 60lv more just for the parking was a little annoying given the fact that it could be included in the high price.

I liked how nice the receptionist was, she was making sure that we are comfortable enough, because our room didn’t have a balcony and she was kind enough to move us to another room really fast.

Hotel is nice, renovated but what destroyed the whole stay was a private party at the hotel restaurant which continued until 4 am- loud music, people smoking and talking outside, right below our room, no sleep all night, for the reception staff this was normal

The breakfast is below my expectations especially that they don’t offer proper coffee included in the breakfast buffet is a absolute no-go 🙅‍♂️. I had to pay 💰 9 BGN for ONE very average cappuccino NOT from a Barista Machine! The restaurant dinner prices starting at 60 BGN for average meat 🥩 quality.

The nice rooms are small but with comfortable beds, the bathroom with shower is also good! The staff is also trying their best!

crowded to access gondola & better to drive up to upper Center Ski parking payment on gondola departure points when anyhow the gondola should be paid ( is normal to pay the gondola / tele ski and entire transport infrastructures but why also the parking area if you have the ski pass ) and also parking payment in the upper side ( close to top side _ arrival gondola point )

relatively good hotel & good breakfast & lobby & good ski deposit over the night with heating ski boots installations good food and beer in Bansko town and also in the small restaurants close to slopes

we have asked for a romantic set up since my wife and I are on our honeymoon, and it was confirmed. Unfortunately, we did not get anything from our requests. On top of that, when we entered the restaurant to have breakfast, there were tables with romaric setups. The waiter came and explicity asked us to move to another regular table with nothing on it! This was very irrespectuful especially that we asked for it. We highlighted our concerns at the reception, but they didn’t take any actions! It was disapointing!

New with everything in it, right at the center and on the main road of bansko, close to everything; restaurants, ski rental shops, shops and the ski gandola was 1 min walking distance.
