Everything was amazing

Our second stay at Gradina Holiday was just as awesome as the firs tone. We liked that the spacious rooms, the well thought bathrooms and the well equipped kitchenette. The location is great - close to the best beach in Sozopol, close to the main road to go in Sozopol, close to a great market. The hosts were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. We're looking forward to going back the next year.

The hotel is very close to the beach, the room very very clean, modern decorated, the staff super nice, helpful and offer us a lot if information. The location is very well taking care if of. No noise, no load music, we have to complain about.

It is very obvious that the region is in development and the authorities haven't invested into the infrastructure, but we could see clearly that all the business owners are trying their best to make the region beautiful.

A very beautiful place to spend your summer holiday! We stayed in a maisonette which was equipped with all the facilities we needed. The rooms were very clean, each room had AC. The host speaks a very good english, is very helpful and funny. He helped us in a slightly difficult situation. Also he recommended a couple of restaurants where we could eat fresh and good food. We managed to try 3 of them and all were exactly as described. The rooms are sound proofed, so you barely hear the outside noise. The place is kids friendly, quiet, fitted for families. Chernomorets is also a nice city, it deserves a little visit, besides the famous and beautiful Sozopol.

The only thing I didn’t like was not about the property, but about the area: in the evening when it’s dark outside, it is a little difficult to walk as there are places without light and without sidewalk, it s easier by car, even if there are several restaurants in the area that you can easily reach on foot.

Everything!!! The location itself is very nice and cozy with an intimate atmosphere suitable for a group of friends or for families. The rooms are big enough for a family of four and very clean. AC worked perfectly fine, we had towels and a small kitchennette. The pool was clean and water was not so cold; there is also a smaller pool for children. Also the beach was near, 4-5 mins walk with two children 😆 the sea view is also amazing, I enjoyed a very nice sunrise from the balcony ♥️ about the staff… Nick is doing a great job, always eager to help and trying to make everyone to feel ok and welcomed. Beautiful accomodation, nice staff, free parking, attractions in the area , what else can you wish for?

Most of the rooms are on the ground floor where the pool is located, so be prepared for all the noise. The location is not the best - away from the town and there are no sidewalks to reach it by foot if you wish to go for a walk. Also, the road does not have any light, so if you go for a walk at night it will be very dark.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Also, very clean and tidy. The staff was also very friendly. 5 minute walk from the nearest beach.

Loved our stay at Gradina Holiday. The studio was really nice, so was the pool area. The beach is very close. Nick was very helpful, gave us some great tips It was a good choice to come here for our vacation, it is a great place for families.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, the pool is very well taken care of, staff is more than welcoming and friendly, and the nearest beach is a couple minutes walk. Wifi is amazing as well! No problem working from home.

Good space, clean, comfortable, attentive staff. A bit noisy from the street but with closed windows it’s ok. Pool and bar are a nice option for a lazy day. A very good choice for our family, comfort and budget wise.

The host was amazing. It really felt like we got a family experience. We asked for pepper and salt - got It. We asked if we could wash clothes - no problem got it washed. Very helpful with tips and recommendations- overall will recommend !

Can’t say enough good things about this place. From arriving until departure, the service was above and beyond. Jake, Tcvetomir, and Eva will make you feel at home away from home. They will make sure that all your needs are met. The property is in an immaculate condition. Rooms are clean, spacious, and accommodating. The pool is in pristine condition with an attached shallow pool for the kids to play in. Beach is 5 mins walk from the property (across the street), with many dining options for lunch and dinner. Would definitely recommend, and plan to visit it again.

Everything was perfect. The hosts are great people, so kind and nice. The rooms was clear and cozy, we had excellent cleaning service during our stay. I have to say this is the best hotel in Burgas region at all. Thank you!

Property is family run and this makes all the difference. Staff are very welcoming and give you that little extra of genuine service because of their love and commitment to their property. This is something you don’t get at bigger hotels and resorts.
