I can't think of a single thing to complain about

Everything was perfect. Our room was huge with a lovely view of the Rila mountains. Very comfortable bed that makes you fall asleep right away. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, pancakes, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cheese and spinach pastries, and so much more. We loved the buffet dinners as well - both nights they served different dishes consisting of chicken, pork, beef, and fish, along with potatoes, rice, cooked vegetables, and of course many fresh vegetables, salads, dips, appetizers, soups, and desserts. The dishes were delicious and homemade, with many of the products coming from the hotel's farm. I also love that there was no smoking in the restaurant. The spa center consisted of a huge indoor and outdoor pool with warm water (even warmer in the winter), a hot/cold contrast pool, hamam, steam bath, saunas, contrast showers, igloo, and relaxation room. They also have doctors and massage therapists available. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The options for dinner and breakfast could be more various. Some of the dishes were not very well cooked.

The SPA facilities were great, and the pool has a breathtaking view. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony.

Some of the staff at the desktop were not as friendly as one would expect and for someone who does not have a car this place is too isolated.

The food was good and so was the spa and the pool. The facilities are really exceptional.

The indoor playroom was not suitable for children 4+ so my son was bored when he had to stay inside.

I really liked how clean and spacious the rooms were. The food assortment was huge and it was delicious. The pools were clean and spacious as well.

The hotel had central heating and it was too hot everywhere. We couldn't adjust the temperature in our room and had to sleep with open windows. The floors in our room needed vacuuming, shelves had dust, walls had couple of stains.

For the food, to be honest, we had very high expectations which were not met - there wasn't a great variety of food (especially at dinner). Honestly, it wasn't that tasty either - in particular, the pork chops we decided to have for dinner were too dry. We were with a small child, but both evenings there were no typical dishes for children - for example, pasta, pizza, or something similar. Breakfast was OK. We were also unpleasantly surprised that for every single purchase we made - for example, lunch or drinks from the bars - additional percentages were added as a tip, which no one had informed us about (except in the dinner restaurant, where there were information for this "policy" on the tables). In short, you think you're paying one price, but in the end, you pay a higher one. It would be better if the service charge was included in the price (in advance).

The spa is fantastic - a large indoor and outdoor heated pool, saunas, steam bath, everything is spacious and pleasant to use. The rooms are big, as are the bathrooms and terraces.

Was surprised that there were no jacuzzis and bubble baths in main outside pool were often switched off.

Villa was very nice. Enough distance to not disturb the neighbours. Overall a short walk away from the pool. Robes with slippers were available and parking was on the street nearby so that the car is visible from villa.

It would payed more attention to the bathroom cleanliness. And the electric pole wires that cross the outsideswimming pool are bit confusing for me.

Quite hot in the rooms with no option to cool off apart from opening the balcony. Once you close it though it goes up to 26 Celsius.

Breakfast was excellent, with a different meal. Pools was very useful and very hot. Water Temperature was 36°C, and polls was very clean. We have plan to be in hotel for the next year.

I had some small problem with the food. In general the food was excellent, especially natural vegetables and dairy products. BUT I thing that the place that named "medical" can have some kind of dietetic addons: some whole flour products or whole rice. The desserts were simply delicious, but to my greatest regret, not once in 6 days was there anything "without or less sugar"

Everything about SPA and swimming pools was wonderful including staff. Everything you need for relaxation and calm. I have several very small problems and it was solved immediately when I asked the staff to fix them.
