The hotel is located very close to the centre and to the beach, Sea Garden, at a walking distance. The room was amazing, spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the smart TV was a biiig surprise, from all the hotels we have been to we never found one with a smart TV. The staff was very helpful, they arranged for us a baby bed in the room, without us asking for it specifically. It also has a private parking, very close to it. We had a perfect stay and will return for sure there.

Although breakfast was included, the food didn't look so fresh. Buffet is offered and you can find cereals, fruits and veggies, boiled and scrambled eggs, some cheese and cold cuts, coffee, orange juice and tea. Because hotel allows pets, during our first day and night we had a dog near our room, but he barked for around 20 minutes, maximum. The rooms are placed next to each other and any noise from the hallway can be heard. Still, during night was ok. We booked a double room/double bed and we got two twin beds next to each other, with 2 blankets. Bathroom has a small opaque glass and during mornings natural light comes through, so if you hate light, this might be a problem.

The hotel is located minutes away from city center and the beach. We arrived earlier than 2 pm, but check in was possible and all receptionists were very nice and helpful during our stay. No hotel parking was available (booking a spot in advance is recommended), but we managed to find a place right in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and big enough (flat tv, fridge, good matress) and the hotel comes with an elevator. Room comes with a mini bar and free toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, soap, conditioner and shower cap, but also a brush for your shoes.

Stuff didn't put slippers in the room, but then gave them to us when we asked to) and also our room was half underground, but the windows were visable, so its fine. Also we wanted one big bad, so they just put close two small, it was a little uncomfortable as there was a gap between.

Breakfast was really really good. Big choice. Sea and garden were like 3 min by foot. Im the room is very clean and modern.

The parking garage is not very close. Coffee/coco was awful. Very watery. Door to the bathroom is sliding type, so not the best noise reducer.

The receptionist is very nice, calm and helpful, speaks perfect english. The room is very beautiful, modern and spacious. Best mattress in my life.

Really optimal stay with proximity to the Sea Garden and Beach restaurant and Bar zone, must spend a afternoon evening there! Rooms have a good size and are highly modern with a big flat TV on the wall. Nice reception area and staff. I will come back again😁

Nothing to mention, Hugo is great, it's already a traditional destination for us.

Great location, great value for money, very good breakfast (not big place to take the meal, but very good variety of products available), excellent coffee, which is a surprise for us, as coffee at hotels is, in most cases, pretty bad. Not the case here, it is great to start the day with a good coffee. Also, I must not forget the parking, which is in a garage situated 100 m from the hotel, only 10 leva per 24 hours, it is great and it has CCTV.
