There is no such thing. Everything was excellent.

Our stay at Family Hotel Kalina was amazing. The room was clean, worm and comfortable. The location is excellent, we went there to go skiing at Pamporovo and the hotel is 10 mins away from Ski Center 4 Stoikite. The staff was super friendly and was kind enough to offer us to pack the breakfast to take away because we were leaving too early before the breakfast was served. The restaurant was cozy and organised a live performance of authentic folklore singer and bagpipe from the region. Shiroka Laka is famous with the musical school at the village and the Rhodope music. It definitely worth visiting.

I don't know what more to say. I visit that hotel on regular bases for 10 years (or more). Every time the staff surprise me with their kindness and politeness. The meals are great. The location is great - everything is great! :D

There is a note in the hotel, that food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms. But one of our rooms had a fridge. I didn't understand this combination.

The hotel has a very cozy and authentic atmosphere. The interior of the rooms is quite laconic, but comfortable. The bathroom is heated, it's a benefit if you stay in winter. I also like traditional wool blankets and woodcut print on the wall. We had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it was really nice.

Wonderful location - in the heart of the Shiroka Luka. The restaurant was with great food - homemade yogurt with homemade blubbery jam. The Breakfast - traditional and rich!

We have been staying in Hotel Kalina for a fourth year in a row and we love our experience! Very kind and welcoming staff, cozy and clean premise and very tasty traditional cuisine!!

The hotel is located on the main street but it is not loud at all. Public parking is available right in the front of the hotel on the street. The rooms are simple but cozy providing local touch and authentic atmosphere. Nice hot shower, warm blankets saved us during some cold nights that we were lucky to catch in this area. There is a restaurant on the first floor which is highly recommended as well! Very tasty, homie, local and fresh food. The breakfast is served there and is very tasty home-made breakfast too. The place is perfect to explore the village since it is right in the center. You don't need to climb a narrow road for your hotel so we were very happy with our choice and would stay again.

Very nice place with nice view of the town. The food was excellent as well. The young lady running the place was friendly, helpful, and informative. Room was comfortable. It was low season so no live music though. Definitely can recommend and would stay again if in the area.

The wet room is annoying if you want to use the toilet after your shower but it’s like this everywhere in Bulgaria.

A small criticism, but there was only one choice for the breakfast included in the price and we were only allowed to eat it in the indoors part of the restaurant rather than outdoors.

We found the Kalina to be clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient in the middle of the village. The food in the restaurant was excellent, particularly the patatnik.
