The sun beds from the beach are not very comfortable without a mattress. It would be better to be the same model with the sun beds from the pool

The hotel is very clean, with a pool for adults and a smaller one for kids. The room was spacious, comfortable and also very clean. The food in the restaurant is not extremely various but is very very tasty and the sweets are amazingly delicious. The drinks are also good. In the night there is a program animation for kids and after that there is a show for all the family with different themes. The staff is very kind and open to help if the case.

Asteria Family Resort was our ideal getaway. From our arrival, we were impressed by the resort. Dining here was a treat; every meal was both diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes - and our children are picky eaters. The amenities, especially the pools and engaging kids' club, were top-notch. But the heart of our stay was the staff – their dedication made our experience truly special. There is nothing we didn't like.

What a great experience, what a great hotel. We love it and enjoy it every minute we spend there. Staff were amazing, helpful and you can tell they are so happy to help you and make your stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Mr. Kiril Petkov who become my Bulgarian brother! The odour in the room was disturbing, had to leave ac on so you don't feel it. .

Room was big and had a minibar as well. The staff was great, especially Dimitar. facilities were great, beach bar, snack bar, pool. The food was varied and different every night

Very nice and friendly staff 24h bar called the "Living room" with local and imported alcohol bevarages Variety of foods, every night different theme for dinner Beatiful garden with a pool and there was a pool for the children as well, big advantage for us that the pool was closed from the street The animation team was very great, they always scheduled programs for children and adults too ( darts, beerpong, water aerobic, zumba etc) Private beach about 100m to the hotel with a beach bar Great location, the famous Flower Street is about 50 meters from the hotel We had a wonderful time in this hotel, if you are looking for a great all inclusive hotel in Sunny Beach you found it.

- Only a tiny part of the personnel speaks English - There was a struggle to find a table for six (or eight) most of the times - Most of the juices were ”average”, ”light” tasting - The parking lots are away from the main entrance but they adjusted to this and tried to find a solution

The staff was great. I liked the food and drinks. The room was very big. We were near the center of the city, an amusement park and a lot of restaurants and shops. Close to the beach. There was a beach bar from the resort. The beach was verry clean.

- other people besides front desk will barely speak english - few places and activities for kids - food was in general without taste, but ok. the bread is stone hard - drinks are bulgarian brands. just some of them you ll know, but the quality of alcohol is poor - the bar from the beach has only beer, water, juice, coffee

+ staff is super friendly and the guys from front desk will resolve any problem + clean rooms + BIG rooms (with AC) + good wifi + own beach + good breakfast

The furniture needs repair. We were in Block B with seaview, it was too noisy every night.

Staff, food and service were great. We came 2 hours earlier but they did not have problem with our check in and the rooms were prepared. Sea is 3 minutes away. Everything was perfect. I recommend.

I have to say as I have been here also in 2022, now, in 2023, the food quality and diversity is not as great as the year before. In 2022 the food was amazing, now it was just good, maybe the hotel can be a little more careful about this aspect. In the sweets are, everyday were the same cakes maybe the whipped cream was a different color :)

The hotel exceed my expectations. I ve been there 4 days with my kids The food (all meals) was the best food I ever witnessed in a hotel. Both the variety of choices and the quality. Amazing. the sincerity of the whole hotel stuff (restaurants, bars, cleaning, reception) was amazing. Everybody was so kind and friendly and helpful. Amazing the room was very big and clean, cleaning every day the bars – great also, and not to forget very good quality of drinks- foreign well known alcohol brands Wifi – very good Swimmingpools – clean and nice Location – about 5 minutes walk to the beach where the hotel beachchairs were provided free. Also a small but good enough beach bar for hotel guests. Hotel is located in heart of Sunny Beach (approx. 2 min from main street) but it is not noisy Our flight back was scheduled at late evening and we were allowed to stay in the hotel the whole day till evening free of charge. That was extremely kind of the hotel There are also animations for children every evening all in all - very good

A shower curtain would be good and I missed hand soap, but these are just tiny little inconveniences.

The staff is great, they are really friendly and they have great hospitality. They communicated with us throughout the whole stay to ensure we had the best time. The food is excellent. The hotel is full of activities. We really enjoyed ourselves.
