Cleaning. It's a pity that it's a very nice hotel, large rooms, with acceptable prices, but with cleaning deficiencies (rooms, kitchen, kitchen electronics). Be aware that parking its extra-cost and a little bit expensive (15 lv per day), but there are plenty of free parking spaces nearby.

Large rooms, great breakfast, great location - max.5 min to Gondola Lift and just 2 min to some very good restaurants. SPA area very good, especially sauna and massage. Be advice that jacuzzi is with extra-cost (also massage, but this is regular condition).

I think because it was towards end of season, it wasn’t very busy, which meant the restaurant was not open. The hotel would have been much more relaxed if we didn’t have to put up with a noisy guest in a near room, playing ridiculously loud music from 3pm in the afternoon until late every night. The room was a little too warm, even though we turned the heating down, and there was limited hot water towards the end our stay.

the location was fantastic. the spa and being able to use certain spa facilities included in the stay was great. dealt with noise complaint efficiently.

Breakfast opens too late (7:30) if you want to catch the queue for the gondola ski lift. I would suggest opening at 7. We left the skies in the car as they said that the room to leave them is actually owned by another company in the hotel and they don't always keep an eye on them. so better safe than sorry.

I loved the breakfast, the pool area, sauna (Spa center was amazing), Suites have a kitchenette and they have everything you need (but don't need it with such a great breakfast). Pretty close to the gondola.

You have to pay to enter the sauna and jacuzzi. The water in the pool were cold. They turn off rooms heating during the day.

The hotel is not so bad but not maintained well Dirty room. Pool was also cold and dirty We booked an apartment so we can use the sofa in the living room for sleeping (2 adults and 2 kids). Not a chance, don’t do it. Very uncomfortable. Kitchenette in the apartment- not sure why it is there but there are no dishes or table ware, so you cannot actually use it.

The spa was very disappointing.. for free it had only saunas and a deep pool which was not good for relaxing after skiing. The water in the pool was very cold, there was no lifeguard to make people respect the rules and there were a lot of noisy kids there that were constantly jumping in the pool and screaming because there were no adult only hours. Our room also had some problems. For example the door knob at the bathroom was broken and if you didn't pay attention, you could get stuck in there. Another thing i disliked was the fact that the breakfast only started at 7:30 and the first car to the sky area left at 8:00. This caused us to eat very few at the breakfast and very fast and even with that effort, we were not early at the ski area and were faced with a very big queue..

The accommodation cost us NIS 2,500 for three people for 4 nights and weeks before we wanted to add a fourth person and they asked for NIS 1,800 for a fourth person, this is exploitation Apart from that, the place is in a good location, three minutes' walk from the gondola, the staff responds to all requests, the rooms are good, the mattresses are very hard, overall, a reasonable and very nice place to spend a ski vacation

On the booking, it was written that parking is free, but parking is paid for and for five days 90 BGN, which is a lot, the jacuzzi was also paid for.

The hotel is ok, the room was nice and the location is ok. The breakfast was good. The pool and sauna are great. All in all it was ok!

The shower was arranged in a strange way and when used all the water was going out of the bathroom tube and onto to the floor which was causing all sorts of problems. The glass barrier should be longer to prevent this from happening. Facilities and furniture are very old and they could with a bit of refreshing

The hotel was lovely! it was very clean, the beds were comfy, suites were spacious, the breakfast was so nice every morning with loads of different options and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They had a really nice spa area which we tried out on the last day and the location is good too. It’s only about a 5/10 minute walk to the gondola and we stored our skis at the rental shop for 15lev per day so we didn’t have to carry them back to the hotel but there is storage at the hotel too which we used on last day. It’s also right next to all the restaurants or bars for the evening, but it’s still quite at night, so it’s perfect!

I booked a junior suit that on booking was supposed to have microwave and refrigerator but in fact it didn't. The guy from reception said that booking is offering wrong informations about the rooms in the hotel.The staff was not understanding very well English language and they looked bored, never smiling, with lack of interest, except two persons from restaurant and spa. Cleaning included only throwing the trash away. Bed sheets were changed once and both had holes on the edges. Breakfast was mostly the same with some few changes from one day to another but was good and fresh.

The location is near the gondola lift. The rooms are big enough. The food was good. The man from restaurant was very nice and smiling also the lady from the spa reception.

For a hotel in a ski area they do not have their own ski equipment store. the independent company is not based at the hotel. The staff have no contact number for the ski hire and storage company. Consequently when the room is locked there is no access to equipment. Getting to the ski lift late means a two and a half hour wait instead of half an hour. Staff shrugging their shoulders is not 4 star quality and deeply frustrating. The free breakfast is a waste of time because it opens too late at 7:30am. We needed to leave at 7:20 to walk to the ski lift as the free transport by the hotel does not run until 8am. it gets to the ski lift at 8:15am. By this time the queue for the lift is two and a half hours long. 30 minutes would be kind and would put the customer first. if the hotel managed the ski store, the breakfast started at 6:45 or 7:00am and the ski lift transport left at 7:30am. The hotel would be a brilliant place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location, quick walk to the bottom of the gondala. The man who works in the restaurant is so friendly.
