Location, very quite, fresh air and good view to the hills around. The breakfast was good with 3 options of reasonable quality and good presentation. The restaurant is ok. The hotel is around 1km away from the town and has a nice horse farm. The equipment is quit basic but is ok. The staff understand English and is kind.

That I had to continue and left this amazing place...

I have no words to describe the place! A lovely hotel in a rural area, with a great horse farm. The staff is amazing!!! The chef, who cooked an excellent and delicious dinner especially for me. The owner of the place (who unfortunately I did not meet) who made sure to allow me to park my motorcycle in his closed private parking lot! Ms. Ina, who welcomed me and went above and beyond to make me feel wonderful in this magical place. Highly recommend this hotel

Didn't like the bathroom. After washing, you need to wipe the entire bathroom, as there is no shower.

Comfortable beds. The room is well ventilated. There is air conditioning.

Everything: clean, spacious, wonderfull design and view, young and nice houst that speaks realy good english, good food, cheap, they had books and toys to borrow free of charge, animals to see: hourses, dog, cat..

The room that we got, on the second floor, has only two very small windows near the ceiling. You cannot see outside and you have a prison-like feeling. I hope other rooms are better, as the scenary around worth seing. The bathroom is very small, the shower is open, so you wash over the WC and fill the bathroom with water. The WC was not well fixed. There is a general bar/wine smell in the entire hotel, though it looks clean. A lot of flies on the terrace and you need to continuously keep them away from your food. The personnel does not speak English, except for the cook, who is called to the reception when necessary. They do not accept card payments.

The personell is very nice and polite. Location is good, not very far from the highway, although the access road closer to Plovdiv is in a very bad shape. Take the other one, closer to Sofia. The room is big, clean and comfortable, but it could use a small table inside, if you want to use a laptop, write or play something. Food is very good and prices are reasonable. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Plenty and delicious. Good coffee. Enough parking places on spot. Nice scenary around.

There was a smell in the bathroom so you needed to keep the door closed.

Friendly people even if they knew very very little english. Good breakfast: to choose from 3 options: omlette, sandwiches (bread, smoked ham, cheese) or international (egg, 2 kind of cheese, tomato, cucumber, smoked ham, butter, jam). Large rooms (we stayed in the 2nd floor in a 3 beds room). Great if you like horses since they have the stables next door.

The single bed was not very comfortable, there was no cabin for the shower and all the water went to the floor. Night parties should not be allowed in the restaurant, as it is located right under the accomodation area and affects guests sleep.

The room was very large and clean. The double bad was comfortable.

The waitress brought water to the dinner that we didn't order. In addition, apparantely it was not possible to cancel this "order". Juice/second coffee for the breakfast is paid extra. Small things but impact overall experience.

No one from the host could speak any other language than Bulgarian. Unlucky, they said, but knowing that you will have some foreign tourists in that days it is unprofessional. Frustrating to struggle to communicate after a long trip. Not to mention they declare 8 languages spoken on the site. The payment of the accommodation, dinner etc could not be paid by card - we had to go in the city and find an ATM - the POS terminal was 'dead', so it was not just an error of communication. (and no poster displayed that card payment are no working). The continental breakfast consisted in choosing between a sandwich or an omelette. Rooms: - no nets on the windows - so you are forced to use the AC or sleep with a lot of flies and mosquitoes. - the showers in the bathroom are a joke - you wash over the toilet bowl and the drain is so poor that you can not use the bathroom half an hour or use it with your feet in 3 cm of water. Unfortunately this is not the only time i met this solution for shower in Bulgaria, I do not know why they insist on this poor solution.

Having the horse riding on the location is the top attraction we could appreciate. The view also it is quite ok if you do not focus on the very old and shabby 'city' that is near. They have also a small playground for kids that is useful. And they accept pets.

Nobody speaks english or other foreign languages. The POS was not working so we had to drive and get cash money from a bancomat. The breakfast is very poor. Not the place you want to reach after driving 8 hours. Staff was trying to help but it was impossible to communicate. On booking they say that they are talking 5 languages. A joke...

Rooms are big and the area is quiet. The horse stable and the training area are nice.
