Good location with few meter away from beach, about 15-20 minutes to Burgas airport. There are some restaurants around and local bakery within walk distance. Staffs are friendly and easy to find parking space. Room is spacious but kind a old and get clean every other day.

Rather unhelpful staff. Gives you the keys to the room and wants to be done with you - no extra information about anything unless you ask. Be careful - the zone around the hotel is paid parking from the municipality and the SMS way of paying does not work! You have to do it online.

The apartment is in a new building. There is parking in the building itself but the person on the reception will not tell you about it - you have to ask. Room was fine - even comes with kitchen appliances. Clean, bright.

Weather changes quickly in the area. Cloudy half the time, but still warm. Weekends beach may be too crowded with the local tourists.

Bad soundproofing, you can easily hear the room next door conversations. No reading light. Parking is on the street outside, which was OK in late September but is probably quite tricky during active season

Because of low season all spa facilities were closed, we only had access to the outdoor pool. As we only stayed for one night, it was quite far from Burgas, so definitely recommend it for longer stays.

The hotel is close to the sandy beach and a lake with the healing mud. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities including kitchen. It’s not too far from the salt baths but quite far from central Burgas.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, no light near the bed, the mattress was obviously old and partially broken. In general, this is for sure no luxury room but just an ordinary room.

The location is perfect, just next to the beach. The room and facilities were clean.

If you want to use the pool and use the sun loungers then I recommend that you wake up at 4am every morning to glue your towel to a sun lounger. People are very territorial and would leave their towels there even if they were gone for hours; it was nonsense.

It's hard to find a parking space near the hotel and to reserve one in the hotel's parking. It's impossible to find place around the pool because everyone is lefting their towels on the deck chairs "to reserve a place" reeeealy early in the morning (6:00 or 7:00) or the night before.

The staff was awesome both in the hotel and in the restaurant! The room was spacious and clean.

-the staf at the reception and the restaurant speaks no English - the pool was verry crouded , you could not find any free sunbed at 9.00 in the morning - no parking space for us, we had to seach 1 hour for 1 parking space in the area!!! -same breakfast every day.. -Pomorie is not what I have imagined … I would not come back again.

3 days without cleaning the room and replacing of the towels. There is no hairdryer in a 4* hotel on the seaside! There is an underground parking, but you should know this in advance and should book a parking place at the moment of reservation. If you missed to book in advance, the receptionist will give you the following answer: “ You should know this! There no free available parking lots.!”
