Location is beautiful, staff are some of the most welcoming and helpful people I have encountered in a hotel and nothing was too much trouble.

Dinner wasn't the best. We ordered a pizza and it tasted like a frozen one that was heated.

The staff were very helpful in helping with information about the town and transport. The room was very comfortable and big. With plenty of room to sit and read or relax. The shower is spacious and packed with everything we needed. Breakfast was generous and tasty.

The spa area is very tired and there was a musty smell everywhere. The reception had no tourist information at all. The area is meant to be great for walkers and they had no maps or any advice. The tourist office didn’t speak English so they were no help unfortunately.

The king room we had was huge and very clean with amazing views. The hotel is very well located, though hard to find by taxi. The reception team and the restaurant staff, especially Alex, were lovely.

Breakfast should start at 7.30, not 8.00 as that is too late for early skiers. The jacuzzi should be much warmer as it is not relaxing when it is almost cold. Apart from those minor details everything was great.

The staff at the hotel were all excellent - from reception to the restaurant, The high quality of the staff made the hotel very momorable. Our room was very nice, overlooking the mountain. The restaurant is excellent as well.

Wonderful experience here. The room size was large and the facilities were very modern. During our stay here it began raining and we did not want to leave the hotel so we decided to try the hotel restaurant and it was great. They also have access to a small lounge type bar and gym.

The hotel was almost empty so it felt a bit weird. The spa is not great. The breakfast was OK but do not expect something incredible.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel very clean. Superb view from the restaurant terrace especially at breakfast time. The food is also excellent. Good fitness centre and very nice spa. The location is very close to the centre and offers lovely views. Nothing to say apart that it was a perfect stay. Very peace and quiet. I will stay there again as soon as I can!

This is a really good hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. We had a spacious and comfortable room, with a big comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice view, everything was very clean. Breakfast was really good. Overall the restaurant is very good.

The wifi signal was not very strong and the parking area could be a little bit bigger.

The facilities and the rooms were very clean, the staff was speaking English and it had very good spa facilities. Breakfast options were excellent!!

Only slightly the mattress of the bed. It was a bit too firm. The restaurant is good even though I understand is kind of sub-let to another firm. Do be careful some of the things they prepare are not really good. I can recommend their bread and chicken soup and very much not recommend their "Italian" chicken bites

The whole building is very well renovated. Room was very big and all felt of good quality and felt upscale. The bed was king size.

Issues with the wifi which we didn't really need that much but some people might need. The mattresses are a bit soft and and not completely even, so that's something which might need an upgrade.

Spacious and very clean rooms! The rooms were also kept very tidy during our stay. The breakfast is rich even though it's a breakfast set. I would make the breakfast drinks unlimited, for a better experience.
