The wi-fi was very poor. We were located on the 3rd floor and we couldn't get a stable signal for more than 5 minutes.

Breakfast was just ok. A little out of the town centre. Needed a taxi.

The bottom sheet was a bit small for the mattress. Made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Would be far nicer if the sheet was fitted so you didn’t sleep on the mattress.

Covered parking was ok, but the entrance should be covered somehow (automatic door, etc) because inside the parking were a lot of birds flying and cats sitting under the cars. Also the actual TV’s should be replaced by newer ones having smart function (youtube, netflix, etc) and the air conditioning is quite old and during the summer it doesn’t really cope.

Some primitive Romanian fellow guests who really belonged in a zoo rather than a hotel.

The staff are wonderful. Literally nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was prompt & efficient. The room was more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality. Pool is great size and well maintained. There are some nice restaurants near the property..

The only thing I didn’t like was the bartender from pool bar, because he didn’t know to make any cocktails. They taste bad.

The junior suite were we stayed it was amazing. Comfortable bed and pillows. We loved the room. The breakfast was ok, not so fancy. The pool was ok. Very clean hotel!

With the included menu option, soluble coffee (Nescafe) is offered, coffee beans (Espresso) would be preferable.

The breakfast was almost the same in all 4 days with not so many options. Also, the diner had one or two main courses, with no options to chose. Not even a beer or a glass of wine included.

All rooms equipped with air conditioning. The pool was nice and clean. Enough parking places, even are not in the same place.

Very few parking spaces for the size of the hotel, about 20 underground spaces and the rest in front of the hotel for a fee and not too cheap. The bed in the living room after you extended it was in waves and you could only sleep on it tightly. The table in the living room was probably broken by other customers who were more careless with the objects. Toilet paper had to be requested. Shower gels were insufficient.

Very good breakfast. Very good location. Very clean pool and friendly staff. The apartment had bathrobes and slippers, sufficient and clean towels.

This hotel was one of the more expensive options we had, hence expectations were up. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Coffee was out of a machine and tasted like instant coffee. We only had one bed cover in the room, which hardly fit us both. Pool was next to a car park (not something I'm too bothered about, but thinking about value for money and expectations - for that price one expects more.) Public transport is not great in the area, we tried to get to Varna and we were advised that there is a close bus stop which will have some service (but not sure when) - We waited for nearly 2h. There was no bus. Hence if you like to travel to Varna, make sure you get to the bus station and don't use the stop close to the hotel.

Reception Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially after our bad luck getting a bus to Varna, they called various taxi companies to confirm prices for us. Thank you.

It was a bit further from the beach, but still there is a convenient route to get there. However, it's very nearby the castle and the area is quite calm, which I enjoyed.

Well-furnished and spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, which made for a pleasant and relaxing experience. It has free access to the fitness room, pool, and spa. The staff in the reception was extremely polite and friendly. I was assisted to find a parking space, even though it was evident that the parking lot is not sufficient for the hotel's needs. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to others

The pool itself needs upgrading, the floor of the pool is filled with huge air-pockets. The pool bar wasn't open/ nobody serving, there was music being played from the bar but not very relaxing music. The room could do with a bit of tlc (considering the price), the laminate flooring has a split in the centre of the room, no coffee/tea only mugs, the electronic door lock kept playing up and wouldn't lock. I recieved a big discount on the room, if I had paid the normal rate would have been very disappointed and wouldn't stay again.

The view of the sea from the Queen Suite balcony, very spacious room and onsite restaurant. 20min walk to the area with restaurants on the sea and beach and a pool bar. This walk includes steep uneven stair access down, through another hotel grounds. Recieved a huge discount through booking.com for this stay

I didn't like the fact that I booked a certain kind of room and when I reached the hotel I was checked-in into another room. But the personnel from the reception solved the problem and I received at 16.30 o'clock the room I have booked on Booking.com.
