Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Brazil-Shower took near 15 minutes to get hot water (a staff member said it is normal) -The bathroom was not so good. --- There was just a curtain separating the shower, --- The toilet had no cover. --- There was no ventilation system. -The sheets and towels were old and yellow marks. -Bed was not very clear not very comfortable.

BrazilThe only problem on this hotel is that they should offer more for the price. I stay often like over 5 times in a year and I didn't get discounts for that . the breakfast is good, however it needs improvements on quality and freshness of itens served. like better cakes and fresher bread . more option on cold cuts and juices.parking should be included on reservation prices .
I stay often at this property . Definitely recommend . Staff efficiency is more than excellent . Everyone that works there are great people . The location is fine if you have a car. During daytime walking is great all around. Wouldn't recommend a walk at night . The room is also great but needs more improvements on comfort, hangers ironing table or ironing room as well as laundry machines or facilities other than 3rd party .
