The hotel in general lacks maintenance, I guess it was a great resort many many many years ago. Everything is quite old. Rooms and bathrooms installations and facilities were also old and some of them broken. Bathroom was not very clean, dust and lack of proper cleaning was noticeable.

Friendly and helpful staff (all of them, receptionist, pool, restaurants etc) and amazing breakfast, so many options of food and drinks, all fresh!

There were so many issues with the room and the wifi. Although the staff was prompt to help was recurring issues. The wife was flaky everywhere, AC didn’t work, the balcony light was broken and shocking people, the room phone was not working.

It’s a huge place and great amenities. The staff is so nice and 1000% helpful and friendly. Always happy.

The property needs blackout curtains for those that face the ocean with a 5 am sunrise. Some of us travel from far away and our winter sunrises are after 7 am and we want to be able to sleep in. It is unbelievable that this has not been corrected on two trips to this hotel. I’m not sure anyone is reading this feedback. The other part is that the dining room is too crowded - not with people - but with hard wooden tables and chairs. Even when it is half empty when we go to eat, you still can’t walk around without hitting out legs and feet on corners of tables or having to avoid people who have pulled out their chairs and there is no room to walk with our full plates of food and drinks. This is a safety hazard and lazy that you cannot have tables that you remove or make people wait and reward those that get there a bit earlier and then can relax on their vacation with the good food you provide. I have never seen that in my travels. People can also reserve a time online and that will spread out the people eating in your dining room. Please remove at least half of your tables and let us breathe and just enjoy a good meal without the added stress of navigating around the zoo the room becomes - even when it’s only half full of people. Don’t mean to be so harsh, but you are asking for feedback and now it’s up to you if you will actually make any changes. I guarantee you many have decided not to stay here again because of these things and just don’t give you feedback. This will likely be our last stay here as a primary place to stay unless this changes. And I will ask before I reserve. Merry Christmas.

Good location, friendly staff. The structure is a bit dated and the rooms had the bare minimums. However I was pleased!!

Rooms and overall infrastructure were very old and not what I expected. We had a hard time opening our door, the bathrooms are old and dark with poor paint jobs as well. Overall worth the money but I was not impressed with the rooms.

Breakfast was great, pool and restaurants on site were good and convenient! We loved being able to eat poolside and relax listening to the music or whatever entertainment was happening at the time.

The noise. The hotel is on the beachfront with the greta sound of the waves...when you can actually hear them. From 10 to 18 there is a constant bombardment of music/DJs that is so loud you can't properly have a conversation or relax. Even with the door closed in your room.

Great view from rooms. The staff were great. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The pool area was great for kids and there were enough seats for everyone.

The check-in was awful. It took 1hr and 10 mins to checkin and it felt more like airport security than checking into a relaxing resort. A bunch of additional personal information was asked for which was unusual. When we asked for the manager he was unable to explain how this would be used and also didn't know how long the personal data is retained. Also no way to request the data is deleted after the stay.

The location had great access to the beach but we were warned by locals about walking around Stella Maris at night as it can be really dangerous.

veeeery loooong check in. I don't know why they need so much information (for example: if I am married),they want e-mail, home address, etc., even though they already have all this information (I signed up via booking), and I have also been in this hotel at least 15 times, so they could probably find this information somewhere. Not the best wifi connection around the pool

The room was not cleaned up, it wasn't smelling good and I also don't like that fact that they force you to buy 4 waters from the hotel. In the check in you have to pay for 4 waters even if you will not drink them. That's make no sense.

Pool hours start at 10h which is especially for kids too late as sun gets very strong. Pool bar should open longer than 18h. Disproportionate development of prices in the last two years as service and offer is almost the same (e.g. buffet lunch or dinner for 89 R$ per person). Better trained staff on weekends, during week friendliness and service behavior of staff with notable gaps. And please: No necessity to oblige staff to wear masks anymore (e.g. animator alone on stage wearing mask…). Thank you!

Check in needs to be quick and efficient especially after a long journey. Check in took ages We stayed twice at this hotel during our stay in Brazil and each member of our family had to download and fill out a long form on arrival each time. Totally unnecessary as we provided these details when booking. Bathroom in room had a weird smell and made noise when flushing. We felt watched the whole stay. Like the staff was just waiting for you to do something wrong to tell you off. Not a pleasant feeling. Children weren't allowed anywhere alone. I had to be constantly with my 8 and 12 year old kids otherwise staff would complain. Very annoying.

Facilities are amazing. Breakfast and breakfast staff were also amazing.
