The bathroom was veery dirty, no hand soap, mirror or hand towels in the bathroom. The room wasn’t cleaned or the trash bags changed not once during my 3 night stay :/

Staff were helpful. Cute own terrace I got a free upgrade on my check-in which was very nice of the staff. Free breakfast!

We arrived at 3 am to the place and we search for an hour the room that wasn’t any of the rooms inside the hostel, at the end we find it almost a block away from the place in the continuation of the street, very confusing, because the reception is till 22 we had nobody to talk with.

The bed was very comfortable. On the main street. we had a clogged in the shower and the stuff send really fast someone that will fixed it.

I got a single room and its infrastructure was miserable: water from the air conditioning was dripping on my bed (the wall was all wet), issues locking the door from the outside, small cockroaches in the bathroom one day, and a slug coming out of the shower drain the other day. Definitely not coming back to this place.

Our room was moldy and the smell was awful, I had to take an antihistamine every night so I could sleep. The bathroom wasn’t very clean as well. They offer a free breakfast but they don’t have many options of food and you can only have two items.

The best hostel you can find in Gricoacara! The location is perfect, the price is affordable, these are the most important things. You will get a quiet hostel, nicely decorated with a comfortable kitchen and good rooms. The staff will help you with everything you need and they will welcome you with a smile at the reception

If you want a more sociable place maybe go to another hostel, because the staff isn't the most outgoing and as i said, the owner can seem strange. But in the end this Also depends on the guests and i'm sure if you want you will have that

The house is amazing, so beautiful. The owner, who built this place and is just building the place where you have breakfast, seems to be very talented when it comes to design and feeling for place. Still the same guy can be a but rough in his communication, to some people he seems like an ahole but i guess you can't say after 5 minutes knowing. But yes probably he should change his tone in communicating with his guests, this is probably one of the problems why the place has just medium ratings. Which I didn't understand because the price-performance ratio is amazing. I got booking discount but the 27 RS i had to pay is actually nothing for Jeri and especially a beatiful and clean place like this. The beds are very comfortable, have curtains and spaces to put your stuff. You just feel that there was a lot of thoughts, talent and love behind the construction of this place. You should definetly go there.

The staff treated me and a person from Canada who was also staying at the same time as me- very rudely, as we did not speak Portuguese. The girls that work at the hostel are of really no use, always vibrating on negative energies, not even smiling back when smiled at them. The man at the reception tried to help but he would really not understand the problems that we would raise and just pretend to show as he cares but in the end would say that he is just a staff and can’t really do much!

The price of the property is good!
