Room had no airco but that was compensated by fans, so no issue for us.

Location is perfect. Safe neighbourhood and indeed close to Av Paulista. Rooms were reasonable and we really liked the nice hotel breakfast :)

The place could be little bit better, the electric plug is not close to the bed, at the nigh tge Street out side noise is very noise, the towers is very old. But again, it is a cheap place. 😊

The staff is the best that I have ever seen so far. The room for one is very simple. It is cheap compared with other options at the same area.

1. The quality of the room vs price (~340 reales). I know it's good location but the room was really old fashioned and simply super ugly (it's like 0 star hotel room in countryside of an Eastern European country in early '90, and come on, this is Sao Paulo, the biggest city in LATAM) 2. No second towel and not enough bathing samples for 2 people (i booked for 2). 3. Noisy - the window glass is thin 4. English issues in the morning staff shift 5. It didn't feel very clean Additional things that i didn't like but are not part of my rating since these are not obligatory criteria: 1. Fan instead of air conditioning (it's in the description of the room so it's not past of my rating). The standard fan was not working. 2. Not enough flexible staff (i asked for a plate of food to eat it after breakfast given time since i came back from a party at 7:30) - again it's not staff obligation but it would really be a small gesture to at least leave some fruits. My mom runs a hotel so i know that staff flexibility is crucial in such facilities.

I liked the staff in the evening, a woman spoke some English and was helpful. The location is good and safe. The common area seems to be very nice.as well. So there is big potential.

- we found two cockroaches in our room so moved to a higher floor. but this room was facing the road and there was building works going on which didn’t finish until midnight and started again at 5am. - the Wi-Fi wasn’t working

One of the most awful places I've stayed and I only stayed because it was only 2 nights and I didn't have time to search for another place. I was outside all day. First of all, the pics didn't match the room. My room was in the basement, so no sky from the window, as in the pics. It was dark. The day was nice and sunny, but in the room it was always dark and cool, the sun doesn't get there. There was a small window to an internal patio, 2 of the panes with no glasses, so it was noisy. The accommodation isn't sound proof, you can hear everything, everywhere. The bathroom door is broken, you couldn't close it and it was stuck in the middle, you couldn't move it, so it was very inconvenient to enter the bathroom. The bathroom is minimal, for dwarfs. I'm small, so no problem, but for someone taller, etc, it'll be impossible to use that bathroom. The one in the pic was bigger and nicer. They only make the bed with one sheet covering the mattress and the idea is that you cover yourself directly with the green blanket, which is stained and doesn't look hygienic at all. The other blanket was washed and clean in a bag from the launderette. But the one already in your bed when you enter the room wasn't clean. I asked for an extra sheet and the housekeeper gave it to me. However the lady at the reception pretended mot to understand what I was saying. It must be a policy to save in laundering, but they have a loundermat. In other places, they clean and change the cover of the comforter/blanket, but this wasn't the case. Regular blanket with no covering . The room was so small that I didn't have enough space to open my medium-size luggage. I needed to do it on the bed. The room is basically the space for the bed plus a few centimeters around it to bearly be able to move, always hitting something around. Small, uncomfortable, dark, not nice smell, old, outdated and no value for money. Horrible!

The ONLY good points are: * Staff! Super helpful, all of them, in reception, housekeeping, breakfast :) thank you very much! * Location is great * Good water pressure in the shower
