The beds are outdated and very broken in. There were no lights in the hallway so we had to use our phone lights to navigate.

The location was great. The rooftop terrace and pool overlooking the city was beautiful and relaxing.

The property - Quite old. The phone number provided to us were from another state. The room - wasn’t very clean. There were no pillowcases, towels or blankets. We had to call reception to get it. There were a tv in the room but no remote control to turn it on. The bathrooms door didn’t close or lock. The toilets sit was broken. Carpark - it was quite hard to find the building entrance. The valets workers always took way too long to get the car ready for us. Reception - staff were okay and polite but the guy didn’t help us getting to our room. Facilities - we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it was closed to a functioning group. Breakfast - was okay but staff not very friendly.

Room was filthy, the place was terrible - full of drogged junkies in the streets. Reception was slow. It took them long to check us in. Building on the photos is not recognizable. No table in the lobby as shown on a phone. The sofa was teared, dammaged, nothing as on the photo. A lot of infiltration from the roof - watter drops. The breakfast was nothing attractive as on the photo. It is not 3-starred hotel. It is a lie! Booking should refund as the money because they are promoting a lie on their pages!

Swimming pool at the roof was nice. But I didn't trust the windows at the edge of the building. So especilly with a small child it can be dangerous.

-The room before all. Just terrible. I didnt sleep all night because of the noise of the Air Con of all the neighbouring room. -Water dropping from the roof just made it worse.... -bed sheets were not clean either -Breakfast was better than expected, but not good either. -much more than general maintenance is needed.

They didn’t have enough towel for all the guests. The breakfast was over in one of the days.

They tried to give us a room without a window! it was a dark passage, horrible...! We didn't accept that room and then got one to the front, which was not exactly confortable, but acceptable. Hotel in general need renovation, breakfast room is a cantine.

The shower had a electrical socket in it. This would be against code and illegal in the USA. Didn't have any hot water, just cold water for 3 days. Finally a maintenance man came and reset the circuit breakers because electricity is used for hot water. Then after 3 months the circuit breaker would go off again, you'd have to get out of the shower wet just to flip the switch. Eventually someone will be serious injured with a electric shock. Water and electric don't mix. I even sent picks of this set up to a contractor and a plumber friend of mine who thought it was bizarre and crazy

If you are looking for a location to film your next horror show, look no further. I can't believe this is still rated as a 3 star hotel. For the price you are paying, it is just ridiculous.

Realy bad bed. Like be on floor. Tried complain to staff, but they said cant do some about this. Was tired after long trip. Good bed is most importen on hotells. Was either cleaned our room or bathroom.

I saw a Spanish speaking guest struggling to get some information from the staff person he was talking to. I had to help. The hotel needs staff with the basics of Spanish and English.

Great location to do sightseeing in downtown Recife. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to get an uber car and move around. Very good breakfast. Beautiful view of the city from the pool.
