We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe a la carte restaurant. Cervejaria Portuguesa all the members of our group had their steak on their bitoques overcook at a charcoal texture. What a waste. The Mediterranean restaurant has an amazing service but they should reduce de size of their portions to reduce expensive ingredients waste.
The staff was the highlight of our trip. Service was 120% fantastic.

NetherlandsThere's a lot of special snacks during the day however is very badly informed when and where. So we missed a lot of the BBQ shrimps, acarajé and small stuff to find out only on our last day. Lunch and dinner for full board is ok but not great. The only thing is we have a milk allergic in the family, and there are very limited options of food (apart from natural fruit). The room is big. However, the bathroom is a big small. The pool is awesome, but we actually thought it was heated because during the day (February), it was boiling! It is almost impossible to go in between 10-16 because of the water temperature (too hot). After 16 it feels great. Balcony had no furniture to sit on and enjoy.
The place is located in a very beautiful, calm beach spot. Nature is amazing all around. The hotel is big and you don't feel like there's as many people as their capacity. The pool is very big with different depths and areas to attend to all different types of guests. The lounge before the beach is great to chill. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable and varanda also. We really liked the drinks variety available all day long. Water, coconut water, all sorts of beer, juices, etc. The lunch and dinner included are ok. There's room for improvement, though. Kid's club was great for my 8yro. The night entertainment after dinner is very nice also for the small children. There's a convenience store inside that covers a lot in case you forget something and some other shops. All the employers were very helpful and nice!

AustraliaMost staff is not very friendly. I found a cockroach in the Roos twice. a lot of mosquitoes as well. A lack of options for excursions, there are taxis available but they are not tour guides.
Amazing pool, very big and clean. Good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice cold drink Ms available all day long. The afternoon tea was also great. The property was well kept and the nature around is amazing.

BrazilCleanliness could be better. I really expected more from the restaurants considering a 5* hotel. If you stay more than 3 days you will have a dinner in an à la carte restaurant. However, the desert of the à la carte restaurant is the same found in the regular buffet restaurant (Pastel de Belém). This is just an example. Please fix these issues because it gives a bad impression for the customers.
Excelent location, staff was good too. Swimming pool is superb. Excelent place to travel with babies. Food was ok for an all inclusive hotel. Many activities for children. Baby siter service an much more. I got a room upgrade which was incredible.

BrazilThey have lots of food available the entire day, but quality was really poor. To be fair, barbecue at the pool was very good, but after huge lines. Even the schedule meals (a la carte) didn t taste good. Same thin raw pizza we had at the buffet, lobster overcooked and dry, all the dishes were previously prepared (at the gourmet restaurant…) and not fresh, pasta seem fast food, all deserts (even “tiramisu”) were made with gelatin…terrible wine, and even if tou want to buy a bottle, the only choice is the partner winery… the stay and staff were really. Not so many activities for kids. And finally, thw hitel could inforce the safety protocol, people too close at the restaurant, no control of schedule (other resorts enforce this to avoid agglomeration), the guest must argue with others to keep reasonable Distance… I ve been to V Gale Cumbuco for reveillon, the feast was great, and expected more from this Ma re, from the same group.
Rooms were old but big, no amenities, not much to do except the pool. The sea is really rough, not for kids, you have to ealk a lot to get to a calm point (left side). Pools are great amd have a lot of space around (but with Covid restriction of guests, not fully booked).

BrazilRooms are dark. Mattresses weren't very comfortable. We had a few maintenance issues - air conditioner leaked inside of room, frigobar didn't work, closet doors did not open.
The place is beautiful. We liked the pool and the area by the beach for relaxing. Food was great.
