Towel rack could have been better placed. I hit my head on it once when I used the toilet. Also- there was only one towel available at the pool.

Location was perfect; couldn’t be better. Breakfast was interesting but very different for us ( not a bad thing!). Coffee excellent.

The pool/ bar/restaurant were amazing. The room comfortable with everything you could want. We loved swimming in the beautiful pool. The front desk was so helpful when we arrived before check-in time and allowed us to swim before check in.

Location could be better but having said that, we walked a short distance to the Opera House, Christmas market and restaurants-good pizza and lovely atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel, big rooms, very clean, very comfortable beds, amazing pillows. the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions regarding the city. We were checked in very fast, an hour early, as we arrived earlier than their regular check in time. The shower was great, very clean. The room has nespresso coffee maker and they provided free drinking water. Beautiful pool, great location, we walked everywhere. Amazing breakfast with variety of choices, both local and international. The setting was beautiful, the service was impeccable. Amazing coffee, their cake of the day was so delicious, we got a second piece for free.

The waiting time at breakfast was quite long, especially for natural juices. We spent two nights in the hotel but didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool due to late arrival and early departure, so we were surprised when we were not allowed to use the swimming pool after our day tour (and after our check-out at 7:30). It was possible in all other hotels we were staying. There was also no place to take a shower before our flight.

The hotel is centrally located; we had a nice view from the room and a good dinner in the restaurant conveniently located on the same floor. The breakfast was served and had many interesting choices. The bar was working the whole day with the restaurant menu.

There were some really loud guests sitting outside by the pool

A lovely small hotel with friendly professional staff. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked around the local square and the opera house. There is a wonderful outdoor market a few blocks away on Sunday. We were here prior to a boat cruise. On our return, we were dropped at the hotel and the staff were kind enough to watch our luggage and let us use the facilities before we headed out to the airport.

Everything!, the hotel is very beautiful, the room is nice and spacious, the producto they use are environmentally friendly, breakfast was great!!, their staff great!!!, they where also very friendly and nice with this loving and beautiful street dog, that says a lot about them in the good way :). Also how close it is to the main part of downtown, and at the same time far enough to have a quiet sleep.

The Porter left one of our bags in a taxi and though the hotel did try to help contact the company they didn’t take much responsibility for what had happened. We had to go back out to the airport to try to track down the driver

I felt sorry for the staff as a stupid man was yelling at them. The staff was being lovely but the guest was out of control and I even feel threatened.

Location in the old town was interesting but the Jardim “garden area” is much livelier.

A small noisy group can be really disruptive.
