Very convenient and well laid out 2 bedroom apt with modern amenities and everything needed to make this a base to explore the Maun area. Tshespo was very helpful in finding an alternate for 1 night when there was no electricity in that area due to some work going on. We were not left stranded to fend for ourselves. Very helpful indeed. We were very comfortable in our stay and in the self catering especially as we are vegetarians. Perfect place to explore the area for the full day and the recharge in the evening/night to repeat the next day. We highly recommend villa 13.

Comfortable and very big bungalow - more than ample space for a family or group of friends. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower. Very comfortable and clean. There is even onsite security guard overnight.

Boi was there to meet us and show the house which is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Lots of space available, great security!

Outside electric connection Roof of parking to be higher

Payment via credit card a problem so you must have cash. Host and owner great If they put a pullout bed/coach in the living area, 6 people can stay with comfort.Roof of parking space a bit low for travelers with rooftop tent.Great security. I can recommend Villa 13 with a smile!

The house is modern, very clean and beautiful. It’s an actual home away from home. The host was very helpful, not that we ever lacked anything because the house has everything you could ever need.

The 2d bathroom for the other bedroom is very small, you have shower over the bath but the showerhead is located close to the wall so you cannot stand under it. Whole bathroom is wet. The shelves on the wall in the kitchen are all hanging skew so you cannot really use them. The cooker hood cannot be used as there is no wall socket to plug it in plus it was very dusty/dirty. The kitchen light was not working. It had to come from Gaborone and probably only arrived after we left (stayed 3 nights). Pity that there is not really a back garden, only sand. Upon arrival there was still bedlinen soaking in the bathtub, an old sock was laying in the bedroom, I found 2 used soap bars in the other bathroom, we had to use an extension cable to plug in the 2 bedlamps in the main bedroom, there were not enough hand towels. A compensation was promised but never received, the guy didn't come back on whatsapp anymore either. Pity has the house itself is great.

Spacious villa: big main bedroom and beautiful bathroom. The TV has Netflix etc. Spacious lounge and kitchen with a washing machine. Nice furniture and decoration.

Property very hard to find. No signage and a very bad dirt road to access. No bed side lights, no light in the kitchen and no light in the braai area. Poor quality mattress.

Check in was poorly coordinated. I had to phone the local number 3 times before anyone answered and had to wait for 20 mins for a key the first time and over an hour the second. Its difficult to find (off a dirt road track). Would have felt a bit dodgy waiting like we did if it were in the dark. No lighting. The house itself had only a dirt yard out of the back.

The house was well kitted out. Good value for money for Maun and a good stop over if you're planning on going into the delta.
