Location, staff, cleanliness, everything! Our family of 5 stayed in one bedroom suite (3 kids shared pull out couch and cot in living room). We couldn’t be happier with Miramar. Ilsa and Bula and all the staff made us feel so welcomed and everything we could possibly want to be near was near Miramar. Everything was so thoughtfully cared for. We loved the suite (two balconies!), the pool, the beach. It was perfect place for Placencia holiday. Thank you!

Everything! Beautiful grounds. Very clean, excellent maintenance, great location. All of the staff members went above and beyond to help you. The staff obviously take pride in their jobs. Construction kept us from the room we booked. We were upgraded to penthouse and beachfront rooms, for no extra charge. Guests we talked to have been returning to the hotel, annually, for years. It books up quickly!

This is our second stay at Miramar Suites. The facility is very conveniently located on the Placencia sidewalk within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and businesses in town.. It features both an excellent pool and a beautiful, never crowded beach. The staff is friendly, attentive and available when you need something, and nearly invisible when you don't. Many of the guests are returnees and they also are welcoming to others, but not intrusive in any way. The rooms have everything you could want - full kitchens, king size beds and balconies. We always take a room with a view of the Caribbean. It's lovely to wake up in the morning and watch the rising sun over the water from our balcony.

All the staff are very helpful and very friendly. I can't wait to go back! Lots of restaurants and bars around this location. Beautiful pool and property is very clean and very well kept. The beach was right out my door.

Unfortunately the pool is not in the best spot but owners were obviously restricted to space that was available. However, the pool is a good size and kept in good condition.

The staff were very welcoming. The property was well maintained and was in a very good location. The apartments were very spacious and well appointed.

Miramar is a great place to stay with a wonderful staff.They always make you feel at home.The rooms are very clean comfortable and well supplied with everything you need including a beautiful ocean view.The location is great.Close to everything yet still has a private feel.The pool is beautiful and never seems to be over populated.

Very nice place to stay. We only had one night and got in late, so did not spend a lot of time there, but what we did spend we loved and will stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Miramar. Ut was spotless and the staff so friendly. Llsa and Beulah were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make our stay special!

Keys disappeared when it was time to check out. I believe I left them in the door when I brought my bike in. Who took them? They were never recovered in my luggage. Beaches are advertised and seaweed is not mentioned. I actually thought I'd be swimming from the hotel.

Miramar is a perfect place for a family who might not want to go out to eat for every meal. We had a full kitchen which was extremely clean. Our room was more like an apartment, than a hotel. The pool was refreshing. The property manager and staff were more than willing to help with anything and went above and beyond by upgrading our group to the very best rooms. The restaurant next door was great for dinner and just a short walk was Da Tatch, which was an amazing breakfast with a wonderful view. We were very close to a grocery store as well. I highly recommend this place.

Actually I enjoyed everything, very busy days, probably a little bit of slow down from my side in my next vacation. For the property everything was really good.

I liked the clean rooms, spacious, good tv, right in the heart of placencia, family friendly, walking distances to sites of interest. Friendly staff. Great stay!!!

Everything was excellent. The staff members were friendly and helpful, the buildings are beautiful and well kept, and the seaview is wonderful. The kitchen amenities were much superior to some competing hotels we saw in this area.

amazing place! in high season it is a bit expensive, but well worth it

We loved our stay here! Elsa and her crew were so attentive and kind. The rooms were spotless clean and kept the pests out. We had a sea view room and the balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. The beach area is well kept and set up. Borrowing a tandem sea kayak and exploring the deep blue was a highlight of our time! After a long afternoon on the water, we were greeted with fresh coconuts! The pool is a perfect relaxation spot too. (Highly recommend pairing that with a massage that Elsa can recommend!). And best of all - the location couldn’t be beat. Thank you! We can’t wait to return
