It would be nice if they would offer fresh towels, linens and toiletries during your stay. I had to ask office for fresh towels and toilet paper on the fourth day.

Sandy Feet was everything we were looking for nice clean room with small kitchen so we could keep drinks & food. The location was perfect on a beautiful beach had a pool bar & restaurant that had really good food and drinks. The staff at the resort and the Bohemian bar were awesome so friendly and helpful by the end of the week you new everybody by name and felt like long lost friends. Can't wait to come back.

Unbeatable location, right between a lovely quiet beach and the main sidewalk. Within a 10 minute walk to all major restaurants. Great views and patio seating, clean well-designed rooms. Well worth a stay while in Placencia. 10/10!

Pool was open to the public for a fee. Pool was really cloudy. We did not go in it at all during our stay because it looked gross.

Good location, right on the beach. Close to all the stores and restaurants. Bohemian restaurant was great. Super friendly staff. Joseph was exceptional.

Although the other, more modern units on the property were wonderful, our 2-BR cottage really needed some updates. The lighting was terribly inadequate—one room light didn’t work at all, and the other room had no lamp, or closet. There was no storage in the bathroom, there were screws, rather than hooks on the bathroom door. The kitchen had just basic utensils, and no basics, such as salt & pepper were provided. Overall, it was adequate for the time we spent in the unit. Hopefully, these issues will be resolved in the future.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The proximity to the pool and the sea was so convenient and having the Bohemian restaurant right on the property was very nice, and the servers there were wonderful.

Location!! Best view and steps from the beach. We loved access to the pool next door. The showers outside the rooms were handy to manage sand. We were right on the heart of the town. Steps to everything

Pillows are terrible. Definitely needs new pillows - at least in the room we stayed in.

Location is great. Walking distance to everything and no need for a rental car if just staying in Placencia. Beautiful beach. The bar and staff were fantastic, great food and drinks.

Dark at night, not well lit up. My fridge didn’t work, I let them know and they didn’t do anything about it, nobody cleaned my room, after a week she offered, but I did it myself, slack on toilet paper

The advertised ‘private pool’ is misleading at best, deceptive at worst. There is no private pool, but there is access to the pool belonging to the restaurant and bar next door.

Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. It was ideally situated to access the beach as well as restaurants, bars and supermarkets

#2 apartment was average at best, old flouring and decor. Several light bulbs missing, small bedrooms. Cleaning service is not provided we stayed 7 night without any cleaning, we had to request towels, toilet paper etc

We initially booked a 2 bedroom apartment and asked for a change as soon as we saw the place. It was extremely small and smelled terrible - someone had left their curry leftovers on the kitchen counter before we arrived. Fortunately, they had 2 of the 1 bedroom apartments available and we moved into those rooms. We did have to pay for the difference between what we initially booked and what we ended up with.

The location is amazing! Right on the beach and very close to all of the restaurants and bars in Placencia.

Pool chairs were uncomfortable and for most of the day there isn’t any shade at the pool. No outdoor shower or foot wash when coming from the beach to the pool. Beds were hard and bedding was old and uncomfortable.

The location was fabulous. The pool and suite were perfect. Nice big rooms, full kitchen and dining table.
